Buck Hill Campground has been a family favorite campground for 50+ years. However, in 2024 Hurricane Helene came through and destroyed it. We are currently in the process of redesigning the main part of the campground and bringing all of our amenities back. As of the spring of 2026 our full-service cabins and camping cabins are available to rent. We are located along 1600 ft of the North Toe River. Buck Hill Campground is the perfect place for families to relax and play! The campground features 150 acres including a 1.5 mile hike to the top of Buck Hill Mountain with amazing views! The river is stocked with trout for fisherman and is also the perfect place to enjoy lazy rides in river tubes. We have 5 full service tiny home cabins (with full kitchens and bathroom inside) as well as the budget minded camping cabins (with electricity but guests use the campground bath house as there is no plumbing inside). All our cabins have their own fire pit and picnic table.
