Had a great stay at site 6. We arrived after dark and they were happy to accommodate, which was much appreciated. There is some road noise as mentioned by others, but it didn't bother us, even when sitting outside around the fire.

Really nice spot. Would be great for a group of friends to book all 3 spots. Everyone would have there own site but you could all hang out together or have dinner at one site and breakfast in another. Great group overland site, Adv moto site, or group of friends in a car because it’s not far or technical from the main rd.

Absolutely beautiful campsite along a little pond. We had some surprise visits from a couple horses, Emily and Sunny, from a neighboring farm which put a great big smile on our faces.
Dwayne, the man, the myth, the legend himself brought us two very large bags of wood which we happily burned throughout the cold night. Still one of my favorite sites for its convenience and scenery. Although the highway is right next to you, after a little bit it turns into white noise and helped me sleep like a baby.
Thanks again for a great stay on our final trip of the year. See you guys next year!

Quiet, clean site on a little brook with a porta potty as a bonus. Host was extremely responsive.
30 minutes from North Woodstock and Lincoln.
There is another site next to it, perfect for family or friends camping.

The cabin was adorable. I enjoyed my weekend “unplugged.” There are solar lights which work perfect when the sun goes down. The cabin contained everything needed for cooking. There were several options for additional lights if needed - including lanterns to take to the outhouse. I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing weekend!

Awesome place as we favor more remote camping. The sites are nicely spread out and we had tons of privacy while staying at the Presidential Suite. My 3 year old loved riding his bike on the trails and seeing the horses. 100% certain we will be back.

This farm/campground, perched high above the valley, offers a beautiful landscape, private and spacious sites that can accommodate many, and clean portapotties (picture signs, decorative lights, air fresheners, bug spray, hand sanitizer, etc). It is easy to see that much care and thought has gone into the entire campground’s set up. I don’t know if there’s a section about the hosts so I’ll mention it here. Elle and Duane(Dwayne?) offer the exact hospitality one looks for when welcomed to any property. There aren’t enough words to express how much we all enjoyed the weekend.

Great response time! Also very helpful in making sure we arrived at the correct site. Even showed us an in-the-works site to see if it fit our needs! The floor is very soft, so great for tenting. Loved the availability of kindle and firewood! The sites are a bit close; we thankfully booked when there was nobody else. Even though we had to leave earlier due to freezing weather, I would totally book again!

We stayed here for a second night on Priscilla’s land. The lookout was super cool. It rained throughout the night and we woke up to the sounds of water rushing down the stream. It looked like a tiny waterfall formed too.
So peaceful and beautiful. A site to remember. Looking forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved every thing about Priscilla’s land. You can tell she really cares about her land. Her location was private but still close to Franconia Notch and White Mountain National Forest. Will definitely be coming back. Worth every penny!

This site was perfect for our camper van. The pond is pretty, and most certainly private. In terms of tent camping, there isn’t a large area that’s fully flat- maybe big enough for 1-2 tents most. The toilet is close by and clean.
One thing to note- the highway is right near the property (as private and in the woods as it is) and it was surprisingly loud from this site. We could manage it no problem but if you prefer no car sounds, maybe not the best spot.
The whole property is beautiful. The owners are very nice. We arrived in the dark and were a little unsure if we were in the right spot but once we got to the house/chatted with Elle and her husband, they helped us find the site. If you purchase wood from them, it’s a large amount of nicely burning wood. We will definitely return!

I enjoyed tent camping at barter towns, I went mainly to just set camp up and then go explore but I ended up socializing with some pretty cool people ! El was very welcoming and friendly and I’d definitely come back!

We had the BEST time at Wolf Swamp! The site was extremely private, tucked away with a long walking trail right out the “backyard.” The pond was peaceful, the foliage was at peak color, and it felt like our own little retreat.
We enjoyed cozy fires, long walks, and watching our dogs run for miles. We also popped over to Brookside Farm for snacks and PYO raspberries—highly recommend! It looks like they have fun events coming up too, so definitely check their social media.
We could not have been more relaxed and are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time on this beautiful property. We’ll absolutely be back—and next time, we’re bringing friends!
