(Please stay left all the way up to the top...the road becomes our driveway).. Step out onto this 200-year-old farm at your own private site all of which are several acres each minimum.. Walk to streams ponds and Lake Shaftsbury State Park.

During the warmer weather, you can hop in one of the kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, (on-site for a small rental fee), sunbathe on the refreshing 30 ft. lily pad, or simply relax in the swing or hammock looking out over Mount Monadnock. During the winter, cross country ski, ice skate or fish or strap-on a pair of the complimentary snowshoes, ...while year round, enjoy sharing s’mores and stories by the fire pit!

This camper is 10 years old, kept in immaculate condition by the owners who used it while searching for their retirement home. The property surrounding the camp site includes a brook running along a walkway acessable from the camper and gardens with a view of Meeting House Hill a small mountain overlooking South Sutton. Also on the property was a NH sugar house, converted to a Christmas Craft Barn for many years, presently being renovated into a yoga studio. You’ll be awakened by birds and other wildlife and the occasional log truck rolling through nearby Rte. 114. A walk to the center of the village and quiet friendly neighbors. Learn more about this land: We are located in New Hampshire's lakes region including Keyzer and Sunapee to name a few. Approximately 5 miles to historic Musterfield Farm and Wadleigh State park. Plenty of outdoor activities to choose from including hiking, kayaking, canoeing and boating. Walking distance to Meeting House Hill, a small mountain visible from camp site. Mt. Kearsage nearby provides outdoor picnic areas as well as a 1 mile hike to the Summit.  Knights Hill Nature Park offers info-ventures including Pond/Vernal Pool/Wetland Ecology and viewing butterfly species identification.  Our property includes a small brook and a larger Otter Brook along Roby Road.In winter months many NH snowmobile trails are available to the winter adventurer.
