I acquired  this property for my 10 years goal while I'm in college. The community of Beryl has one school, Escalante Valley Elementary, and it is part of the Iron County School District. Originally established as a Union Pacific Railroad siding, Beryl was named in 1901 after the semi-precious stone beryl found in the area.

The 2012 Beryl (ZIP 84714), population is 944. There are 2 people per square mile (population density). The median age is 31.6. Half to an hour from National, State Parks and Lake. Visit the College and Festival town of Cedar City. Hiking and ATVeing the open and beautiful dessert land of UT. Ski in the winter and mountain biking in the summer at Brian Head Ski Resort. Explore the beautiful Zion National Parks  in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The  possibilities are endless. Welcome to our lovely home! We have a special place that we're sure you'll adore just as much as we do. Our property is located within the Zion National Park corridor, and you'll have the opportunity to meet our two friendly animals, Bukko the horse and Maybelline the pony, during your stay. 
Our elevated glamping experience offers a range of amenities, including a pool, spa, and on-site dining and socializing at The Social Virgin Bar'N. If you're in the mood for exploring, you can find restaurants, pickleball courts, and even horseback riding tours nearby.
By booking with us, you can rest assured that everything will be right. After a long hike, take some time to unwind on the property and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
We have 3 glamping tents available and one airstream. The airstream has heat and A/C. 1 of our glamping tents and the airstream has a private bathroom, the other 2 glamping tents share a bathroom facility with a full shower and flushing toilets.

There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on.  Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses.Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet.   It is rocky and sandy desert.  You will want to bring water.
