Our latest addition! A "cowboy cabin" is a simple cabin somewhere between camping and a hotel room. Ours has electricity, heat and AC, a bunk bed that can sleep 3, mini fridge, microwave and wall mounted TV. Like most cowboy cabins, it does not have its own plumbing, but our famously clean private restrooms with showers are just a 50ft walk.
This is the perfect get a way to hold your next family reunion or special event! We welcome events on property and for a small fee can rent out our community spaces while you are a guest here.

We had a great stay, the views and sunsets were so beautiful. The sites were easy to pull into, everything was kept nice and maintained. There’s also a peice of this land that feels special being on a reservation. I would highly recommend checking out the pipe springs national monument in walking distance, there’s lots of history here. There was also a nice biking trail.

We loved our stay at Ethel’s Hideout! The views were great and there was potable water, phone service, and a porta-potty. The campsite was private, and the host was very accommodating. The host came by to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as told us about a hike up to a butte, which we did the next morning! In the photo with our tent you can see the butte, and the next photo is a view from the top!

The RV sites were very clean, and the shared facilities—such as the showers, BBQ grills, and hot tubs—were all well maintained, making our stay very comfortable.

Super easy to find this place and park the trailer! Pull through sites with water, hookups, and picnic tables. Super quiet!! and gorgeous. This is a great spot!! Smells a little like horses, but it didn't bother me. Kind of across the street from the Buckskin, but nearby every amenity you would need in Kanab.

Convenient, easy-to-find spot right off the main road, yet minimal noise and access to several BLM trails. Can get hot in day with no shade, but temps nice at dusk. Good spot to stop between Grand Canyon and Zion. Super friendly host. Some flies because of horses, but not many. Will visit again!

I loved this site!!! Everything was so well done and put together. There were signs right out front to indicate the campsite which was necessary since we arrived at night on both days. We were given a clear map and wifi info before we arrived to help us. It was a wonderful experience!

I was visiting In a 19’ Sprinter and my sidekick Olaf a morkie, and we had a great experience for 2 nights. Site had electric and water. Fire pit and picnic table. The bathrooms were clean and warm and included the shower. Nice community area with lots of games inside for kids. It was close to road so could hear in the day but quiet at night.

1 night at Cedar Canyon RV Retreat
The drive to this place is just wonderful! Easy check in with clear instructions. Bathrooms are super clean! Cute little outdoor community space that's next to the game room. We only stayed a night but wished it was for 2. We played card games and watched a movie then passed out! The night sky was starry with a bit of clouds and the full moon lighting up the night! Loved this place!

24 ft toy hauler
Very nice little park. Very clean bathrooms with showers. Just a few minutes away from town. Wifi was nonexistent at our site #10 but good up by the cabin. Site has wilderness right behind it. We saw plenty of wildlife. The road noise was pretty heavy from early morning to late evening, but it was hunting season. With the windows closed up the road noise was not bad at all. The camp host Rachel was very helpful. There is a game room with lots to do. Air hockey, pool, foosball, and ping pong. We will definitely be back again.
