This campground was a nice spot for our visit to Bryce and Zion. Bathrooms were nice and the kids enjoyed feeding the horses.

We used Bryce Zion as our base camp…perfectly positioned to get to either park in an hour. Left early and easily beat the crowds to Bryce…

Such a nice place! The woman who greeted me when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. The camp site was nice and comfortable. All tent sites have fire pits incase you're wondering since HipCamp claimed they don't. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean and spacious. There is a laundry room with tables and a couch. There's a nice convenience store, a cafe, a pool, a playground, horses you can pet. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Beautiful scenery as well. There is a mountain in the distance with some nice hoodoos which is cool to see from your campground.

We woke up to a field of gorgeous, friendly horses with the beautiful rocks and mountains in the background. The campsites were very well cared for all of the facilities were immaculate, and our campground hosts came and introduced themselves personally and were very welcoming and available. Definitely one of our favorite campsites in the USA!

The campground is situated almost perfectly in between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The grounds themselves are mostly shaded with a variety of site sizes for everything from a tent to a motorhome. The bathrooms are noteworthy for being up-to-date with granite countertops and tiled showers and toilet stalls...and super clean!!!! The grocery store on premises is ok with a good variety of basics.

This is an amazing camping spot, very friendly managers, great clean bathrooms at all times, great water pressure, warm water, horses in a field right next to us. They have ice and wood that you can buy at their office, overall an amazing experience and good distance from both Zion and Bryce.

Enjoyed our stay at Bryce Zion campsite if you’re in the peace and quiet which the campsite definitely was the highway noise during the day was moderate but as evening fell it decreased. The house were very cordial and kind campsite are clean bathroom facilities, and showers were clean really no complaints for us on anything there Would definitely stay there again. We were there for approximately seven days close to Bryce and Zion visited duck Creek Cedar city and Kanab all while we were there. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, very convenient to Zion and Bryce. Shady with lots of cottonwood trees. Clean bathrooms. Marty in the office was friendly and helpful. Nice views of beautiful rock formations! Would stay again

12 was right next to the trash bins and restrooms. High traffic area but had water and electric hook ups.
We had a tent and so no need for that.
We would have been happier farther out but my fault for picking the spot.
Nice camp ground with very clean bathrooms, showers and laundry room.

The Smith Mesa is an incredibly place. Bills campsites are a MUST spend a night there. The atmosphere, the view, the sunset and the sunrise are stunning.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Nice & helpful staff, very clean facilities, beautiful views, and great location! Close to both Bryce & Zion.
Down side was sites are narrow making exit very challenging when sites are full. None of the sites seemed level. Set up difficult and RV site sloped to very small grassy area which was even more uneven than Rv space.

Kabin 3 was great! Easy check in process, It was clean comfortable, and cozy. Especially liked sitting on the front porch looking at the mountains.

The campground RV park was fantastic…nice RV spots with trees between each site. The bathrooms were impeccable and the laundry room was very nice., We would definitely stay here again

This campsite was amazing! This was my first time using Hipcamp and it did not disappoint. The campsite was quiet and had great bathrooms. There were also horses nearby! There is noise at night from the highway close by but it did not detract from the greatness of this place.

The spot itself is nice for a trip to both Bryce and Zion. The pool does not look to good. The cabins are simple, but have a BBQ, so that is nice and campfire place. And it cools down during the night so no aircondition is needed.
But the hostst were not friendly, in January I asked this campsite if they have bedlinen and the answer was yes. When we arrived no bedlinen was their. So the lady went to get it in the store, we reserved for four, but only got three. The next day I asked if we could get one extra and some extra blankets as it was quite, then an other lady got quite mad at me and insinuated that I was lying about the mail. And that if she was there she would have let us buy the bedlinen ourselves.
She borrowed us her own blanket but she indicated that we probably would not bring it back.... Still we did not have the bedlinen for an extra bed. Of course we did brought everything back, but no one was there for the check-out. All this gave us not a very relaxing holiday mood. So I would not recommend it, although the location is nice.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from the elderly woman who I believe is the owner. I put $1.50 in a dryer that was out of order not knowing it was down (no out of order sign). I asked for my money back very kindly, and she snapped at me and threw the quarters in my hand. I will never go back. I absolutely could not believe how I was treated. My 15 year old daughter could not believe how the old woman spoke to me. I was so proud of myself for not snapping back at my elder in front of my daughter. The woman appeared to have mobility issues and was crotchety probably because she was in pain, but no way to operate a business.
The sites are tight but it worked for what we needed it for. There were a ton of ants in our site but you can’t do anything about that. The bathrooms were clean and showers were nice. We fed the horses carrots - that was the highlight. The dog park area was a fenced in area for dogs to use the potty, nothing special but it was nice to have.
We left early. I had high hopes but it wasn’t great. Not bad, but not great.

There is nothing special here. It is a place to sleep, mostly level though the whole campground slopes downward.
Very noise as it is next to the freeway and had two large groups of kids that screamed a lot!
As I stated the place was packed with kids and NO ONE was In The pool!!! I found out why, it was completely filled with green slime but when I checked In The lady behind the counter made sure to tell me where the pool was and what times it was open! Gross!
The lady who checked me in was very nice. There we lots of trees for shade that was good. Basically it was not worth $55 for elec and water, but if you need a place near Zion or Bryce then this works.

We were only here for a quick night as we sadly got in much later than expected. Be careful driving at night! There were SO MANY DEER on 89 driving from Beaver.
We would love to come back as the campground seemed nice and spend some more time, especially to say hello to the horses.
