Nice place to stay on our road trip across country. I didnt realize there was a hot tub. That was a nice surprise after climbing through Antelope Canyon. The campground was close to Antelope Canyon and to Horseshoe Bend. It was also close enough to The Grand Canyon for a day trip. The sites were level and not right on top of each other. They had a laundry, but it was being renovated so it was out of order.

Bryce Valley was a good balance between the facilities of a park with some ranch charm and views. Team was so friendly, store was well-stocked with everything we needed, and site was really pristine (we used the grill and bathrooms). Not too far from Tropic, so we got to see live music and eat bbq on a rainy night

This was a great find! It was very kid friendly, with a trampoline and putting green. It was a perfect location for our day trips into Zion and Bryce. Ken was friendly and welcoming and very kind to our kiddos. I would stay here again.

Really close to the border of Utah and Arizona so you’re far enough away from Kanab to feel more remote but close enough if you want to go out to eat or do laundry in town. The campsite is plenty big with a picnic table and shade structure as well as a light for the evening. There are two restrooms and a shower with warm water, as well as a shared community area with fire pit and chairs and so on. Overall I thought it was great for the price especially considering the bathroom and shower. The road could use a little work but it’s manageable on any car. The only thing that I hope improves is that I was super confused what site to go to and the other campers told me just use any empty one. That’s ok but I wasn’t sure which were power and which were power and water and I wanted to be honest and take the one I paid for. Next time I am attending an event in Kanab I will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you!

Great facilities and beautiful property. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it. The trails and the river bed were fun to take walks on. The covered pavilion, grassy area and community grill were wonderful. We cooked our dinner in the grill and didn't have to fuss with getting our trailer hot or coals going. The staff was very friendly.

Access is a U-shape driveway with pull through access. For your enjoyment we have a swim spa, 50 foot golf putting green with chipping mats, Horseshoes and corn hole. Our views of the red rock mountains, sunrise and sunset are spectacular. In addition to the RV space we can accommodate tent on the artificial turf. A large covered patio with plenty of seating and a traeger bbq smoker is available for your use.

All camping guests are welcome to use all the amenities on the property.
