The county and local fire department restrict how many vehicles are allowed in the canyon. As a result, vehicles are only allowed if you reserve a campsite or picnic site. 4. Why do I have to sign a wavier to enter the property? Our insurance carrier requires each person to sign a Liability Waiver. All adults must sign for themselves. Minors are required to have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf before accessing the canyon. Our waiver is available online: Sign Waiver Now 5. Can I have a fire at my campsite/picnic site? Campers are only allowed to have fires if they are in covered fire pits. We provide a fire pit with each campsite/picnic site reservation. The Ultimate Campsite (#8) is the only site that allows for an open-flame fire because this fire pit is located against the cliffs. 6. What are your hours of operation? Can I bring my own food into the canyon and at the pool? Yes, we allow you to bring your own food. However, most people love eating at our famous restaurant in the canyon (Lava Grill). We serve lunch, dinner, and snacks. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area – no exceptions! 9. Is alcohol allowed on the property? Yes, alcohol is allowed, yet only in certain areas. Alcohol is not allowed in the pool area. However, you may have it at your campsite/picnic site. 10. Is smoking allowed on the property? No smoking is allowed in the canyon. We request that you go to the top of the canyon to smoke so it doesn’t disturb our non-smoking customers. 11. Are animals allowed on the property? No animals, including dogs, may be brought into the Canyon, with the exception of ADA Service Animals. Please see the ADA FAQ page for details on what qualifies as a service animal. Close to some of the most popular hikes and National Parks, it’s a great place to escape to. The night sky is gorgeous. The stars and the Milky Way are visible and spilling across the sky. We have an outdoor fire pit where you can sit and melt into the night after a day of hiking. Or, On cold nights, hanging out by the fireplace in your own space, with a cup of hot cocoa. The space This is a whole, all inclusive space to yourself in my daylight basement apartment. There is, games, books, a TV, kitchen and fireplace. Cleaned and disinfected after every guest. Guest access We are on five acres and you are more than welcome to meander everywhere. There are lots of trees, benches and a tire swing. You are also welcome to say hi to the chickens and the horses, the goose and her entourage of ducks just beware the “Bad Rooster” he is mean and prays on the weak. Everyone else will all treat you like a rockstar if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Other things to note We do have a washer and dryer on the premises. But they are not in the guest space. If you need a load or two done, I am more than happy to oblige. We are on a septic system and anything besides toilet paper thrown down the toilet, Is bad, so please refrain from throwing in feminine hygiene products, cotton balls or paper towels down the toilet. Decorative pillows are just for decoration. I only wash them once a season, so use the other pillows for sleeping. It is helpful but in no way expected if you’d like to strip your beds at the end of your stay. I hope you have so much fun staying with us!

Third vehicles must be approved. -Well Maintained The RV must be in a well-maintained overall condition. Management has the right to turn away any RV. -Site Care We strive to provide a clean and well-kept place for all our guests. Why do I have to sign a wavier to enter the property? Our insurance carrier requires each person to sign a Liability Waiver. All adults must sign for themselves. Minors are required to have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf before accessing the canyon. Our waiver is available online: Sign Waiver Now 5. Can I have a fire at my campsite/picnic site? Campers are only allowed to have fires if they are in covered fire pits. We provide a fire pit with each campsite/picnic site reservation. The Ultimate Campsite (#8) is the only site that allows for an open-flame fire because this fire pit is located against the cliffs. 6. What are your hours of operation? Click Here to see our hours of operation. Our restaurant, Lava Grill, is open daily from 11:00am-6:00pm. 7. Do you have showers? Yes, we recently remodeled our showers and added hot water. Enjoy! 8. Can I bring my own food into the canyon and at the pool? Yes, we allow you to bring your own food. However, most people love eating at our famous restaurant in the canyon (Lava Grill). We serve lunch, dinner, and snacks. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area – no exceptions! 9. Is alcohol allowed on the property? Yes, alcohol is allowed, yet only in certain areas. Alcohol is not allowed in the pool area. However, you may have it at your campsite/picnic site. 10. Is smoking allowed on the property? No smoking is allowed in the canyon. We request that you go to the top of the canyon to smoke so it doesn’t disturb our non-smoking customers. 11. Are animals allowed on the property? No animals, including dogs, may be brought into the Canyon, with the exception of ADA Service Animals. Please see the ADA FAQ page for details on what qualifies as a service animal. Note that “The ADA makes a distinction between psychiatric service animals and emotional support animals… if [a] dog’s mere presence provides comfort, that would not be considered a service animal under the ADA” and will not be permitted on the premise. 12. Can I drive my RV or Trailer into the canyon? No, the road down into the canyon is too steep for RVs and Trailers. We’ve had many people try, but most get stuck. As a result, we don’t allow RVs/Trailers in the canyon. However, we have an area at the top of the canyon reserved for RV/Trailer parking and camping. There is a nightly fee of $35 for dry camping or parking your rig in this area. 13. Do you offer group discounts? Yes, we offer special packages and pricing for groups of 10 or more people. We ask all our visitors to leave the crawdads in the river because they won’t survive outside of their natural habitat. As a result, we ask everyone to catch and release all crawdads. 15. The space This is a whole, all inclusive space to yourself in my daylight basement apartment. There is, games, books, a TV, kitchen and fireplace. Cleaned and disinfected after every guest. Guest access We are on five acres and you are more than welcome to meander everywhere. There are lots of trees, benches and a tire swing. You are also welcome to say hi to the chickens and the horses, the goose and her entourage of ducks just beware the “Bad Rooster” he is mean and prays on the weak. Everyone else will all treat you like a rockstar if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Other things to note We do have a washer and dryer on the premises. But they are not in the guest space. If you need a load or two done, I am more than happy to oblige. We are on a septic system and anything besides toilet paper thrown down the toilet, Is bad, so please refrain from throwing in feminine hygiene products, cotton balls or paper towels down the toilet. Decorative pillows are just for decoration. I only wash them once a season, so use the other pillows for sleeping. It is helpful but in no way expected if you’d like to strip your beds at the end of your stay. I hope you have so much fun staying with us!

The staff at the campground were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The RV sites were very clean, and the shared facilities—such as the showers, BBQ grills, and hot tubs—were all well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. There was also a supermarket, a hardware store, and a gas station just a two-minute drive away, which was very convenient.

I was visiting In a 19’ Sprinter and my sidekick Olaf a morkie, and we had a great experience for 2 nights. Site had electric and water. Fire pit and picnic table. The bathrooms were clean and warm and included the shower. Nice community area with lots of games inside for kids. It was close to road so could hear in the day but quiet at night.

The drive to this place is just wonderful! Easy check in with clear instructions. Bathrooms are super clean! Cute little outdoor community space that's next to the game room. We only stayed a night but wished it was for 2. We played card games and watched a movie then passed out! The night sky was starry with a bit of clouds and the full moon lighting up the night! Loved this place!

Very nice little park. Very clean bathrooms with showers. Just a few minutes away from town. Wifi was nonexistent at our site #10 but good up by the cabin. Site has wilderness right behind it. We saw plenty of wildlife. The road noise was pretty heavy from early morning to late evening, but it was hunting season. With the windows closed up the road noise was not bad at all. The camp host Rachel was very helpful. There is a game room with lots to do. Air hockey, pool, foosball, and ping pong. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect location to explore Cedar City and just 25 minutes to Zion Kolob Canyon entrance. Super clean bathrooms and nice to have a small laundry facility. Great hikes within just 2 miles and also paved bike path into Cedar City just 2 miles down the road. Loved the size of the RV park- NOT a giant place and each site was well sized without being on top of each other. This time of year was stellar for seeing fall leaf color

Clearly has a lot of time and care put into improving the campground, with sprinklers for the grass, new buildings being built, and already plenty of facilities for use (showers, laundry, basketball, pickleball, bean bag toss, pool, etc). The shuttle into Zion is a very convenient amenity, though it's a bit restrictive for times (mostly because of low utilization, especially in slower months (we had a morning shuttle where we were the only two riders)).

I am so pleased we found this great place! The Orchards at Kolob RV Resort exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds are immaculate, with an impressive level of cleanliness throughout the property. The amenities are top-notch—especially the bathrooms, which are among the nicest we’ve seen at any RV park. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Zion National Park’s Kolob Canyons, and the surrounding views are absolutely stunning. Our site was spacious, level, and well-maintained, with plenty of room even for larger rigs. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the customer service. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated RV resort with fantastic service, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

I had such a wonderful, peaceful trip. The resort is car camper friendly; which I appreciate as a solo SUV camper enthusiast, the concrete pads are nice and level. The amenities are very clean and new, and the waterfall arch in the pool is a nice touch. Hot tub is VERY hot and I liked that! The fancy shower heads were an extra surprise for a weary traveler, no RV has pressure like that. I ended up staying another day because I enjoyed the atmosphere, clean amenities and friendliness of the other campers. Travis was a wonderful host and I highly encourage you to book a night here if you’re heading to Zion but want to stay away from the chaos!
