Lake Livingston is a large 23+ mile lake. We bought the property in 2014 and did upgrades on weekends, love the views, fishing, campfires, and meeting people so we opened the first cabin in April of 2018, now have 5 cabins and 9 rv sites and welcome you to enjoy the lake as much as we do. Every season of the year is a little different and all are wonderful! We are in nature, and across street from wetlands, yet only 2 miles from city grocery store and restaurants! There are 3 piers, fishing, picnicking, beautiful sunsets, nature watching, small watercraft rentals, guide paid pontoon tours, swimming, bonfires, bbq’s with firewood available on site for purchase if desired. The campgrounds are well kept and the office staff is very friendly. Breakfast was served on the weekend and coffee. This was not expected and very much appreciated! The RV was spacious and had everything needed to enjoy our stay!

The cabin was very clean. We loved that it came stocked with anything needed in a kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, paper towels, etc.) The pool was awesome and it is so nice that they have a restaurant on site. My family of 4 and our 2 dogs had a great time here and we will be back.

THRIVE Family Camp and RV is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the serene beauty of the forest and the warm hospitality of our host, David. The campsite was impeccably clean and well-organized. We especially appreciated the clean bathroom facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. Davey was most gracious, and we had the place to ourselves. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the natural surroundings, provided a truly relaxing retreat.
