The PARK at Brushy Creek

Cozy Bell tent located just outside of Trenton on 55 acres of sloping terrain with a wide creek and acreage beyond the Big Oak for exploring. Beautiful sunsets, a clear view of the night sky, a calming creek and an occasional visiting deer make for a relaxing stay. The property is in transition as we are in the process of creating manicured groves and open pasture areas for the enjoyment of our farm animals and guests so expect mud when it rains and an occasional heavy equipment or tractor siting. We rotational graze our livestock between our two properties so they are not always on site. If they are not at The PARK at Brushy Creek, we invite you to come see them at the property with the big green gate across the road. There is no electric or wi-fi on property currently. All lighting is solar, or battery powered. There is water spigot at tent site and a Port-o-let near the tent area. This is the Country we and our neighbors have livestock and dogs that may bleat, bark, oink, moo, neigh, squeal, whinny, bray, or whine anytime day or night. We are located 1-hour North of Dallas Fort Worth, 30 minutes from McKinney, Sherman, or Greenville, 10 miles to Leonard, Whitewright, and Bonham and just five miles from Trenton. Two lakes are in close proximity, Lake Bonham and Lake Texoma.
