We have always enjoyed camping, scuba diving and travel... anything outdoors. We made a promise that If ever given the chance to share that joy with others we would and make it a great experience. We searched and searched looked at a lot of properties North of the Woodlands, to build our home. On a Saturday morning, my husband told me about a dream of 3 very tall and Magnificent Trees, soaring way up in the sky. A few days later we were walking through the forest looking at a 20 acre tract of land for sale with our realtor, I'm thinking, "oh how would we ever get this cleared, this is a lot of work" Then, up ahead was a clearing and right in the middle were 3 of the tallest, most magnificent Cedar trees. They were perfectly planted standing side by side. We both looked at each other and said," Oh this must be it". The rest is history. We are located 20 minutes outside Waco, in a beautiful ranch community surrounded by cattle ranches and thousands of acres of beautiful TX pastures. Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, and historic downtown Waco are all a 20-minute drive.
What we offer:
RV hookups, with 50-amp power, Wi-Fi, and access to the property. ($50 a night donation). RV must have a self-contained restroom.
We offer private horseback lessons, trail rides for the individual, and an on-site meet and greet with the horses. (Fees apply)
Pets are welcome on leash only.

We stayed at Site 1 and absolutely loved it. The view of the riverbank was perfect, peaceful and beautiful. It was ultra quiet, which made it even more relaxing. Our kids (almost 2 and 7) had so much fun running around and playing games in the open space.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, scenic spot to unwind with family!

We loved camping this weekend in our 5th wheel! Everything about it was fabulous. Becky is a great host. The only thing that was tricky for us, because we arrived after dark, was getting to the right road that lead into the property. When I called, they were very helpful and we slid right into spot #1. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked the site again and another spot for friends. I am definitely looking forward to our next adventure!

Shaded sites all around for our 21 footers, yet nice and open grounds. Host was very communicative and available! Sites were deep for larger rigs. Pretty and peaceful setting with roads to walk down, and one can't beat the easy river access on a warm day. Full hookups too! Nice deep fire pits, but mine could've used some cleanup from previous campers. Nice mowed lots, but tons of leaves and some branches on the ground (to be expected this time of year on windy days). Nearby house to sites 3-4 was quiet and went unnoticed! Surprisingly, there's a bit of highway noise from miles away to the West/SW, but not enough to hinder a relaxing time. Plenty of picnic tables! I'm recommending and will return.

My family of three had a great time here. We were the only ones camping at RV sites and it was quiet all to ourselves. I also had a chance to fish for a bit and have caught a smallmouth and largemouth bass. I will be planning to come back in the future.

It was hard to leave this place. They have a way of just making you feel at home. She gave us some jam she made and honey from her bees. Then a dozen eggs. Just the sweetest person. When we left she texted us places we should visit. But the truth is we just wanted to stay there lol the land is peaceful. Our kids 1&3 enjoyed trampoline and swimming! Did i mention she's thw sweetest person! Husband is super laid back! WE WILL BE BACK.

We loved camping here. At the end of a paved road you will find your Happy Place. Especially if you are a fisherman. Very peaceful and well taken care of. Very easy to book and a quick to respond owner. Could not be happier with our experience.

Becky was a great host! The location was perfect and it was 30 minutes to pretty much anything you want to see in Waco! Mammoth monument is super cool and so is Homestead Heritage but Homestead is very expensive. At the campsite it was a one minute walk to the river and felt secluded.

We had a really good time. The directions are very clear and it was easy to find the place. Melanie greeted us upon arrival and checked on us quite regularly along with her husband. She brought us fresh eggs, honey, rosemary and onions that we cooked with during pur stay. The kids enjoyed the goats and dogs and all the other animals there.
We tent camped alongside my parents RV and had plenty of space. The tank had fish too that was fun as well.
Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
