Our ranch was originally part of the enchanted Rock property owned by Mr Moss. It is currently a 6th generation ranch. Original ranch was 1767 acres.
The highest elevation is 1600'. You can locate us on Google Earth by searching for Dooley Wahl Rd Llano, Texas.
We have secluded camping available. Primitive tent camping, or if you want to go glamping you can bring an RV with a generator and be even more secluded but still have the comfortable amenities of an RV.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN RV...no worries!
Contact outdoorsy.com. you can rent an RV. They will deliver it, set it up and pick it up. Remember to ask for a generator.

Incredible piece of property just outside downtown Blanco, but far enough away to feel like you’re truly alone. William was an awesome host and very responsive to all our questions. The property, camp site and restroom were clean and easy to find. Easy hikes and we didn’t even get to see all the property! We will absolutely Be back to enjoy all that Williams property has to offer. The only thing I could ask for would be a proper picnic table in the oak grove instead of the small metal table, but we made it work. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this site, or any of the others in the future! We will be back!

I have camped at this property before but always at the Live Oak Vista. This was my first time camping at the hill side live oak Grove, and I loved it! The views were amazing, and it felt very private. The site itself was so sprawled out, and just overall a perfect campsite. I also feel like I heard and saw more wildlife at this location which I loved. i will always keep coming back to this property, I have camped at several other hipcamps and this one is still my favorite. Also Blanco is my favorite Texas town.

Great spot with awesome view. Very relaxing. Lots of deer. Coyotes howling in the distance. Was worried we wouldn’t make it up the short drive pulling a small high clearance camper due to one small section, but after a few attempts was able to make it with a Subaru. Will be back for sure. It’s also close to town if you want to run out.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Brandon’s. He met us when we arrived, and gave us all the info needed about the site. The White House business was closed during our stay since it was off season, so we had the entire place to ourselves. The White House is right off 290, but inside a gate. Brandon provides you a remote control to use for entering and exiting. The water and electric work perfectly. There is a toilet you can use which is clean and just a few feet away. The spot has a nice sitting area, as well as a fire pit with stools, and a gas grill with a grittle top, which worked well and was perfect for fajitas. There is a winery on one side of the property, and a farm with cows behind the property, so the scenery is nice (I am sure it’s even more lovely when things are in bloom and green - since we were there in early February, the surrounding area was lovely but not in growth). The cows from the farm came directly up to the fence to eat one morning, which was fun. The property is 20 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg. You will hear road noise, but you will also hear a ton of birds, especially in the morning, so it was very relaxing. We enjoyed our time and would return.

Great experience! Very friendly host and good location to experience Hill Country wineries. The winery was not conducting tastings while we were there, creating a very private experience with mornings waking up to deer in adjacent fields at sunrise.

Great little spot to park your RV that's close to Fredericksburg. Right off highway 290. Brandon was helpful and made us feel welcome. We loved waking up to the view of the vineyards!
One thing to note... The power is a 50 amp outlet. If your RV needs a 30 amp outlet, make sure you have the proper adapter. (Walmart stocks them for $10-$20)

This was our second stay here, and we’re glad we came back. The first trip was about 50% rain, so we wanted to come back and fully enjoy Blasingame Camp.
William and the Gray family are super friendly, the property is beautiful and very private, and there’s plenty to keep adults/kids/pup entertained without leaving. Being close to Blanco Square is a big bonus, and the bathroom upgrade since our last visit was much appreciated.
Highly recommend — we’ll be back.

Maggi’s, Ranch is stunning, filled full of beautiful animals. And the stars at night were simply amazing. The hosts did everything to make her stay comfortable, from guiding us into our spot. Setting us up with a campfire and letting us know about activities. Would definitely recommend!

William’s land was perfect for a friendsgiving camping trip! Felt super safe and private. Really easy to get to - didn’t see anybody besides our group while we were there but were still close enough to town for anything we needed. Nice trails around the property to explore and we appreciated that you can have firewood at the site upon arrival. Would definitely recommend!
