We love camping, RVing, and the outdoors and wanted to give families the same adventure we have had in the Texas Hill Country with the comfort of home. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country is A Peace of Heaven. Come relax, swim, bird watch, hike, play volleyball, ping pong, build a fire and roast marshmallows. We offer catch-and-release fishing in our springs or go horseback riding nearby. Enjoy tubing down the Frio River in Concan. and don't forget to catch the Frio Bat Flight. We have 3 fully equipped log cabins that sleep up to 7 persons each. 2 separate bedrooms & a day bed in the living room. Full kitchens with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker & coffee beans, and grinder. All dishes, cooking utensils, linens, and towels for bathing are supplied. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our weekend in the hill country, especially here at Seco Ridge! Woody was kind, responsive, and his directions were very clear. The campground itself is spacious, clean, and very quiet which was a plus! Bathrooms and showers were available as well. Each site is numbered and has its own unique characteristics; we reserved site 6 which had the BEST sunrise view. We came on a holiday so we were surprised to find that we were the only ones on the campground. Needless to say, we will definitely be back again and hope to enjoy the band/brewery on the campground next time!

This campsite was BEYOND amazing !!!!! This place had an awesome section to spend time with the other campers AND had live music Saturday night !! Bathroom’s and showers were clean and updated !! Very much recommend staying here. Stayed in campsite 1 and was very secluded if you’re looking for something more to yourself and/or your family. Will definitely be back !! This was my second stay at this location and I choose a different campsite this time. The Juniper Site was convenient to get to, parking was super close, and it was just secluded enough to make me file right at home in nature and allow me to relax and recharge after a brutal work week. Directions and descriptions are spot-on and the host is always very responsive if you have any questions or concern. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

We hope bring love and energy to this beautiful piece of family property by opening it up to visitors who embrace the outdoors. At the designated tent camping sites, you will find oak groves that provide opportunities for shade. The RV sites are in a picturesque field that provides excellent views of the sunset. The field leads down to incredible cypress trees lining the Medina River. We also have a primitive camping area down by the river that requires you to park in a parking area and walk to you preferred camping spot. If you are looking for solitude and untouched nature, this is the place for you. The comforts of Bandera are conveniently only a 5 minute drive away. We are located less than 2 miles from Bandera City Park! At this time, all sites are completely dry. We do have porta-potties available. RV sites are boondocking only (no water or electric at this time.)
