Great place for friends and family. I brought my friends out there for a 2 day campout and it was a very great experience. I have 2 small children and they had a blast playing with the toys from the game shed and on the playground. Overall a great experience and 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I loved the quiet and solitude. However, if my grands had been with me they would have had a great time in the play area. The only drawback was I couldn’t get level. I was in Site C in a 36’ class A. I would absolutely return.

Such a beautiful spot! Very quiet, tons of trees, cutesy fire wood, chairs, sinks, trails. Loved my time there. Will definitely book again. 60 acres to roam and I was lucky to catch the leaves changing. They’re serious about allowing dogs off leash. Not an issue for me. I love dogs and enjoyed my several sweet dog visitors.

Jill and Anthony have a great place. Super clean campground. We loved that it's so dog friendly. The outdoor shower and close bathroom were super appreciated. The Nest felt very secluded and was exactly what we were looking for. The picnic table was used and enjoyed as well as the fire pit box.

The string lights were beautiful. Had the tent camping site basically to ourselves for the night. Jill was amazingly helpful. My husband and I were only there for a short time but hope to come back again soon.

Great place to camp. Lots of stuff to do around the property. Was not aware you can’t park at your spot for tent camping. I would stay here again when in this area.

Camped for a couple of nights and was surprised. it’s got lights an outhouse and running water along with the standard campground stuff. Owner was out and about and great about making sure everything was working properly. Also had a thunderstorm the last night and the sand at the site actually held up and packing out was a breeze. Definitely recommend

The space is beautiful and always improving. There is a dog park almost finished, and a beautiful creek at the end of the property along a sandy wooded area that is a bit of a trek through some wetland, but will soon be a nice dry walk. The animals roam freely and the land is bordered by two farmlands with wide pasture and forested hill...and no farmy smells! If youre looking to learn how a homestead can be built, this is the place to come. You can wander the forest, forage for wild edible plants, check out how the spring has been tapped, and soon bathe in spring fed pools! We love it and have been here for three months, planning to stay longer 😀

Just what we needed for a weekend getaway in the woods. Love the area of east Texas and the acreage is awesome to explore on utv or walking. We explored quite a bit and walked the creek a long ways south with the pups. The falls were pretty and relaxing to sit and listen to. Susan and Mark were responsive and provided everything you could think of. I hope we come back one day! Beds were comfy too!

I appreciated the peaceful stop conveniently off of the interstate. I was concerned about being a lone, female traveler but Anthony made me feel welcome, safe, and seemed to really care for the campsites and guests, checking on everyone and tending to the site. There was a small creek near the campsite where I could sit and journal on some fallen trees- it was nice having access to explore their property a little bit.
The grounds were well kept and the tent camping vibes were cute with the bulb lights. I would recommend this for group trips, for sure, but it’s also good for solo or couple camping if you like to be friendly with neighbors. The toilet was clean and I liked that there was potable water.
I would have appreciated a fire ring for each individual tent site, otherwise there is a group fire fit (unless I missed one). Other than that- I would 100% come back:))))

Every time I come through, the coyote campground is my hip camp of choice. The town is bustling only 6 miles away, the campsites are spacious, and there's even a dog park being fenced in for camping pups!
The free roaming mini goats are the best 😀

I thoroughly enjoyed camping in my RV in site 1. Being surrounded by woods and the countryside location, allowed me to recharge through nature. The hosts even fixed me up with kindling in the fire pit so I could enjoy a campfire at night. What a thoughtful touch!

We loved camping on Jill & Anthony’s land. They were very accommodating and informative. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The privacy and ability to let my child run and have activities to do was very nice. We will definitely be back.
