This is our family farm, though you probably will not see us much. The campsite is located on a corner of the property on Cummins Creek and once you get there you will feel secluded in nature. Matt grew up here swimming, fishing and exploring in this creek...the creek has taught him more about life than anyone ever could. You'll love waking up on the water, having coffee on the pier (fishing pole optional!).. take a quick drive to the beach, just to name a few things! Close to Sargent's best restaurants and food trucks, close to bait camps and boat ramps too. This is an excellent location in Sargent, and there is plenty of room for an RV and a boat or even 2 RVs (see note below if interested in bringing 2 RV's)

Awesome place right next to the beach. Plenty of space to stretch out. Have to watch out for the sand burrs here and there but you'll have that with sandy areas. Very peaceful and just the stay we were looking for!

At first we were worried we weren't going to have enough room, but we worked it all out and Man... This place is awesome. The swing under the tree house was so peaceful. You are completely secluded. NOBODY around. The pizza oven was a huge success with the kids. All around it was a very private place to just relax and forget about the week you had.

Finding the Magnolia is a little tricky with Google maps (it just pinned it as part of a school district!) but the bumpy drive is worth it. The camping area is tucked around behind the barn, so you don't even notice the family home. The tent is super cute, the hammock chairs comfy, and the star-viewing? Superb. It won't be for everyone, but Jennifer gives all the details in the listing, so it shouldn't be a surprise that the bathroom facilities are rustic. Overall, a lovely experience.
p.s. we got to cuddle with absolutely adorable outdoor cats during our stay, which was 10/10 for all participants!

What a beautiful park like setting! Plenty of space for our Motorhome and toad. Wonderful animals and small petting zoo. Owners are very friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and it was far above our expectations.

Great spot for family camping. The property is easy to access (we have a fwd minivan) and there are plenty of places to set up a tent. There is a nice field in the front and trees to the rear of the property. There are plenty of stores within a 15 minute drive in case you forgot any supplies. Kristie was very accommodating and answered all of my questions before the trip. Highly recommend you check this spot out! We are definitely coming back!

Amazing experience at this campsite! Camping area is beautiful , and the owners are nice as can be and attentive just in case we needed anything. The animals paid us a visit making the experience even more worth it. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely will be back. Access to bathrooms are an added comfort and I caught a HUGE bass out of the pond before setting em free. Very appreciative of a memory I won’t soon forget.
