2 acres in the hill country in a small wooded neighborhood. I live in the brick house, have several garages and sheds, etc on property as well. There are also a few honey bee colonies scattered on the property. Open grassy areas as well as tree covered areas. This is a quiet neighborhood and wildlife is abundant. You may hear coyotes and a great horned owl at night. There is a honey bee themed gift shop on site that is regularly open Thu-Sat 10-6 that offers tastings and tours. There is a restroom and small sink area connected to store that is open 24 hrs. There are 2 LONG RV spots up to 45 feet in length BUT, they are back in only and the turn around area is tight if you have a BIG RIG. The 2 camper van sites are (Site 1) 32' and (Site 2) 22'. Ask me if you want to know more! It helps me to approve you more quickly if I know how tall/long your RV is. Especially if you are longer than 24 feet. You can text me info. This RV spot offers the perfect blend of proximity to Austin's vibrant attractions, nature and the comfort of a cozy neighborhood setting. Situated on the side of my house, the site is 95' long. 38' of which is along my house. The width between the house and fence is 18 feet. This should fit any RV with 2 slides and awning being open. The entire lot is fenced in, granting guests(and pets) full use of the pool and yard. Enjoy privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8' side fence where your RV will be parked. The lot is a city sized lot, less than 1/5 acre, but HipCamp won't let me put in less than 1 acre. Pictures show my white/red retro RV as well as other RV's and how they have fit with and without my RV. Backing in is best for trailers - motorhomes/vans can go forward or back in. You may find maneuvering backwards a bit challenging due to the angle from the street through the front gate and my house overhang. It can be done...it just may take a village! :o) There's plenty of room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV(fenced in too!), and both 50amp and 30amp electric hookups are located on the back side of my house near the water hookup. (NOTE: Hipcamp will not let me notate in the fields that I have a 50amp AND a 30amp, thus I have 2 sites listed. I have had 2 RV guests stay at same time, but will not book that unless I get the ok from all parties.) LIVE sewer hookup isn't available because my clean-out is in the front of the house. Dumping can be done on the way in/out or with a portable tank.. Nestled in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood, expect the pleasant hum of city sounds (not overly loud) and glimpses of starlit skies. During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need. Toby loves company, including other dogs, and has even been around cats with proper introductions. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange a booking! HOT TUB IS BACK! Slip on in...enjoy Austin...come to your home away from home! There's no "real" grass on the property. However, the gates in the back can be unlocked to enjoy a long and wide green space. Very large park and the river is less than a mile.

I had a great stay at this camper spot! The host was incredibly accommodating and made everything super easy and comfortable. The space was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the setup and the overall vibe of the place. We’ll definitely be staying here again! Also Pet Friendly :)

The Magic Forest Camp is a 3 minute walk down a beautiful winding path into our forest grove. It sits on the banks of our wet weather creek.

There's hot water and pretty everything you need near the campsite (a short uphill walk, maybe 2min). However, there's no table, lights, or water on the campsite, so to be prepared. The view is great and the toilet and shower are clean!!

Our group really enjoyed their stay at 13 Acres Retreat - we tent camped in the Magic Forest Area which is a few min hike down from the common areas and cabins. It was quiet, peaceful with amenities close by - having hot coffee available was such a bonus! The common area and the sunset deck were very pretty and the heated toilet block was a nice plus. The outdoor shower was great, with properly hot water. And it was a short 10min drive from Reimers Ranch, perfect for short hikes and sport climbing. Highly recommended!

Unique glamping experience, beautifully located with exceptional peace a quite. Facilities are clean, and kept to high standards. Nearby Llano is a welcoming city with historical attractions, also several of the Texas State Parks that are unique and worth visiting. Star gazing was amazing! A definite repeat!

Current RVer - nice lady too! If you want to RV here, your RV will be along side the house(in front of her airstream.) 50amp is available so would need adapter if too high of amperage) Being along side the house will likely hinder slides being able to be put out. Please message as she's month to month and situation may change

We had an absolute blast staying at Lucy’s RV spot in East Austin! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. The site was level, fairly easy to back into, and had everything we needed—electricity, water, a spot to dump, privacy, and plenty of room to relax after exploring the city. Lucy was incredibly kind, welcoming, and quick to help with anything we needed. Her dog Toby was the sweetest — he made our stay even more special with his friendly personality and daily visits! The location couldn’t be better: so close to downtown Austin. Having access to the pool and green space was a huge plus, and it made the stay feel like a mini vacation instead of just an RV stop. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-kept RV spot near the heart of Austin, this is the one! Thanks again to Lucy (and Toby!) for being such amazing hosts — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

We absolutely loved the dome! It was so private and serene. Beautiful views of the sunset in the evening and deer passing by in the morning. The dome itself was clean, well designed, and well appointed (down to the airfryer and adjustable desk with a monitor!). The bed was really comfortable with no shortage of linens and the A/C was nice an powerful! It was a very short drive from Llano, close to Enchanted Rock, and just far enough from Austin to feel like a true getaway. Hands-down an amazing experience!

We stayed at Lucy's during the second weekend of the 2025 ACL Music Festival. Place was great, easy to get to and only 10-15 minutes from downtown either driving or with uber. The bonus was her dog Toby, a lovely friend during coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend if in the Austin area.

Lucy is absolutely lovely and was so welcoming to my whole family including my toddler and cat. We set up our camper alongside her backyard and we really enjoyed being able to use her pool and having the yard to play with our son in. The location is really convenient to downtown without actually being downtown. I would definitely come back here again if I needed a spot to stay in the city!

I love my stay at the dome it was extremely relaxing and peaceful. It was such a restful place. Giving the nice feeling of being in the middle of nature but only 15mins from a town that had everything I needed. The dome itself was wonderful with the view from the bedroom to a full bathroom and fast wifi. I spent my whole time at the dome getting a few days of R&R after a deployment and left feeling fully recovered and at peace.

The dome at North Star Cove was absolute perfection!! Our family (my husband & our 2 daughters) had an absolute blast and enjoyed getting away & immersing ourselves in nature! The fold out couch in the living room worked great for our 2 elementary aged kids. Plenty of linens and blankets and pillows. The bathroom and shower & kitchen were very nice! Air conditioners worked very well, and there’s a standing fan as well. We built a campfire, stargazed, played horseshoes, made s'mores, used the tree swing, and just had an AMAZING time together as a family! The outhouse bathroom was in great condition as well. The town of Llano was SO cute! We enjoyed the famous Cooper’s BBQ. The drive alone to North Star Cove was just simply gorgeous! We definitely want to return one day, and we highly recommend North Star Cove to anyone wanting to unplug and get away either as a couple or as a family!!! The Llano hill country is good for the soul!

Tanya's property is a great home base for spending the day (and evening) hanging out in Austin, which is what we were in Austin for. Close enough for traveling into town, but far enough away that you feel like your a bit beyond the suburbs. You also have easy access to locations west of Austin. Our lot was level and plenty big for our truck and teardrop trailer and the bathroom was easily accessible and clean (and outdoor shower, which we did not use). Tanya was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Tanya's property for your trip to or through Austin.
