Let me tell you, this private little campsite is awesome. It was easy to get to, the space was secluded, even with the other spot occupied. I felt like I was the only person there! The creek is close by but I felt like I had to almost cross into the other campsite to get to it. I stayed at coyote crossing, the other campsite is much closer to the creek. Not the end of the world because I still felt like I had the property to myself, it was that spacious. The outhouse is clean and well stocked. Bring a light if you’re going at night! But there is a little light inside of the outhouse. I bought the firewood bundle, totally worth it. Lots of wildlife nearby that you’ll hear, nothing to be worried about. You’ll be woken up to sounds of birdsong and turkeys! This would be an awesome spot for group camping, definitely going to try to come back with a group of friends. Great place to be out in nature away from it all, thanks again to Alana for hosting me.

A truly wonderful campsite. Felt very private and spacious, the creek was lovely to be able to walk down to (about 30 steps from the campsite), great land, skull tree was very cool- felt like a museum of local animals but on a beautiful tree, was very safe, and was a great site for our dog. Would definitely recommend staying here

We really enjoyed the creek! It was a beautiful area. Our only issue was the sticker burrs at our site. My dog kept getting them in her paws, and ended up limping quite a bit throughout the weekend. But that’s just the way that area is. Not the ‘fault’ of the host at all.
So if you have pets…or littles…be mindful of the sticker burrs and their little feet.

Coyote Corner was a great setup with plenty of room for a big tent and a perfect fire pit for s'mores. Alana made the whole process easy and welcoming. Highly recommend! 🏕

John is a great host! Communicative. The listing is very accurate. The pull-in and set up was a breeze. The place is beautiful! Quiet for being amongst neighbors. The canal dock was where we spent most of our time. Caught red fish, drum, and a few crabs with a crab trap. Would love to come back again!

John’s place was a wonderful getaway. We had a fantastic stay on the canal. The property is gated and our dog really enjoyed the space to run around. Fishing from the deck was a highlight, and the kayaks provided a great way to explore the water. The space was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views. Overall this was a great place to camp out. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Having full hook ups for our popup camper was nice too.
It was very peaceful, plus you’re super close to the water. The only thing that this spot is missing is a dedicated fishing pier. Fish is not bad from the pad. We managed one catch, but a fishing pier would be an absolute game changer! Overall I would definitely recommend this spot! Thank you letting me and my family enjoy your property sir!

We had a great time at Titus’ waterfront lot! The setting is great (right on Copano Bay) and the utilities are all in place for a super simple and relaxing time. The check in instructions were very clear and Titus was a great communicator. I would recommend booking this private waterfront lot and we would certainly consider coming back.
