A Pirates' Paradise is a RV lot in the small, cozy downtown of Fulton, which is along the Texas Tropical Trail and a significant stop along the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail. You are only three blocks to the bay, harbor, fishing pier, bars and restaurants. You have exclusive use of a 50- by 125-ft lot with water, sewer and electric included in the rate. The driveway and RV pad are grass over a hard-packed, crushed limestone base. Nearby attractions include the Fulton Fishing Pier (0.5-mile), Fulton Mansion (0.5-mile), Rockport Beach and Harbor (3-miles), Rockport Center for the Arts (3.5-miles), Port Aransas (23-miles), Aransas National Wildlife Refuge (45-miles) and quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance.Your site includes city water, sewer and electric (20A, 30A & 50A). All utilities are included in the rate. The driveway and RV pad are covered with grass over a hard-packed, crushed limestone base. Your site provides you exclusive use of the 50- by 125-ft lot.

Second stay here. My wife and I absolutely love this spot. Just a golf cart ride away from many good restaurants makes this the perfect place to stay.

Nice, quiet spot that is close to the good restaurants in Rockport. Right around the corner from a couple of bait stands and the large pier. We’ll definitely be back.

Great site. Nice and quiet, close to restaurants. It was like owning my own piece of Fulton. Best of all for me personally, close to my grand children. Can’t wait to stay there again!

We were pleased with our weekend stay. The neighbors are close but not a bother to us, in fact we only had seen them out on one occasion. We loved the convenience of having everything close by to us. The owner was available to answer some quick questions we had and that’s always a plus in our book! All hookups work well. We will stay here again in the future. I give this little spot a 4 out of 5 stars!

We have a big rig that backed into space easily which is a blessing. The full hook-up (50 amp electric, water and sewer connection) worked like a charm. The neighborhood is walking distance to the beach and some cool local hangouts. It was a quiet safe spot and we loved it. Fulton and Rockport have cool tourist shops, a really great HEB grocery store and good easy access gas stations. Thank you Patrick.

This is a nice spot within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the Fulton pier. Property was clean and well kept. This is a good pet friendly spot too, the Moondog restaurant is a couple of blocks away and allowed us to walk through and sit on their back deck with our dog, As well as a bar around the corner called lulu's. We had a little issue with the lockbox for the power when we arrived later in the evening, but Patrick was very quick to respond and pleasant to work with, he came out and had us fixed up quickly. We would/will definitely use this property again!

Quiet, close to restaurants and a nice little coffee shop. Walked downtown every morning with my dog and it was great to walk by the water. No shell picking or bike riding but was fabulous visit. Lots of room with private drive. I really can't say enough!

The property was amazing for our camper. Plenty of space and the yard was well taken care of. The property was in a great location and close to everything. We will definitely be coming to stay again!
