Deer Season update: With hunting season underway in Goliad county, you may occasionally hear gun shots from leases in the surrounding area. Neighbors have been informed of campers and know not to shoot toward this property, however out of caution I recommend wearing bright colors (and putting them on your pets) when exploring the property. Also, local game wardens have access to the gate locks and do frequently enter the property. Please be aware that they will be in a dark pickup with the TPWD logo and likely utilizing bright spotlights as they pass the campsites.

Skulls, butterflies and the water so close.
Alana is always at the top of her game, making sure things are as they should be and the outhouse being added is great!

Annular Eclipse
We loved our experience at skull tree! We went to see the annular solar eclipse and we couldn't have been in a better spot! Peaceful, spooky, private, and beautiful. We stayed two nights and would certainly go back :)

Coyote Corner
Loved how far out it was. Stars were incredible! Very easy to follow instructions to get there. The outhouse is essentially a litter box, which I thought was a clever solution to a difficult problem.
