Adventure Bay, an exclusive and spacious RV site that is truly one of a kind. (RV not included, no tent camping, no bathroom facilities) Are you tired of overcrowded RV parks and tight spaces. Enjoy the peace an quiet of Copano Bay. A private, waterfront RV spot with water, 12v, 30amp or 50amp hook-ups, can accommodate up to a 40ft rig. Perfect for fishing, crabbing, or just relaxing. The site has a concrete slab, picnic table, yard and even a little beach. Fenced on 3 sides except the waterfront. Plenty of space to park your RV, boat, and the vehicle you tow it all with. Enjoy the simplicity and beauty of Copano Bay with extraordinary sunsets. You won’t want to miss this! Pets may never be left unattended outside or create a noise disturbance. No Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows and or wolf hybrids are allowed.Adventure Bay - named by our boys who love adventure of all kinds. We fell in love with Copano Bay and Rockport. We especially love the wildlife, the sea life, the food and the people. We are just getting started on this adventure and it will only get better each time you visit. Our little beach has lots of shells and even a little sand. Spectacular fishing in all seasons from the beach, kayaking or wading in. Trout, Reds and Drum just to name a few. Dolphin sightings are sure to make a memorable adventure.

Adventure Bay - named by our boys who love adventure of all kinds. We fell in love with Copano Bay and Rockport. We especially love the wildlife, the sea life, the food and the people. We are just getting started on this adventure and it will only get better each time you visit. Our little beach has lots of shells and even a little sand. Spectacular fishing in all seasons from the beach, kayaking or wading in. Trout, Reds and Drum just to name a few. Dolphin sightings are sure to make a memorable adventure.

This was our very first RV reservation with our new RV! Husband enjoyed the backyard bay and had his pole in the water every chance he got. I personally loved the morning bay view. We enjoyed two night stay with my family (all adults) and dog pack.

Beautiful little piece of property. A fishing pier would have made it even better but we still had an amazing time. Neighborhood felt safe, also having the fence and gate added an extra level of security. All in all we had a great 2 day stay.

Overall this was a great place to camp out. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Having full hook ups for our popup camper was nice too. It was very peaceful, plus you’re super close to the water. The only thing that this spot is missing is a dedicated fishing pier. Fish is not bad from the pad. We managed one catch, but a fishing pier would be an absolute game changer! Overall I would definitely recommend this spot! Thank you letting me and my family enjoy your property sir!

We had a great time at Titus’ waterfront lot! The setting is great (right on Copano Bay) and the utilities are all in place for a super simple and relaxing time. The check in instructions were very clear and Titus was a great communicator. I would recommend booking this private waterfront lot and we would certainly consider coming back.

We booked this site at the last minute, so we're very thankful that it was available. We absolutely loved having our own quiet campsite right on the water! Our teenage son fished for hours; he loved night fishing the best. We had a few questions and messaged Titus, he was swift to respond. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Nice views and spot. The listing says it comes with a grill, fishing, and some toys for kids but not a single thing was there after we went to the store and stocked up stuff to cook on the grill. When trying to ask the host if it was somewhere that i couldn't see he it was just a short “no, those have been gone for years”. Wouldve been nice to know that and maybe a little sorry. Also pics look like a sandy beach area but its all sharp shells and sea weedy waters maybe knee deep

Spot has epic sunsets, peaceful and quiet, and some curious ducks. We have a 31 ft bumper-pull, and we were able to swing it in, but a shorter rig or a fifth wheel (or a better driver than me) might be able to align better. It's in a neighborhood but still feels private.

My family and I just stayed at Titus's beach front for 3 nights and absolutely love it. Our 4 children couldn't have asked for more with the great fishing, rafting around the fishing docks and beautiful sunsets/sun rises were perfect! Titus was a great host and always had quick responses for the few questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Once again, this special spot did not disappoint! Quiet and true relaxation as always! We also loved the new gate installed! Even snagged a couple fish right from the RV! Super clean, level, and easy! Note: We are moving to Hawaii this summer and it’s so bittersweet knowing we may not be back for a while :( We hope everyone enjoys Adventure Bay as much as we have!

Absolutely fantastic location. Loved having full hookup and super level spot. Didn’t have to level at all. Only con was kind of a tight spot to get into, but we’ve got a bigger rig. Neighbors were super nice as well. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Travis' place on the water. So much so that we stayed an extra night. Beautiful sunsets, and you are right on the water. Feels private and safe, quiet and peaceful. Travis is very responsive. Do bring some good bug spray in case the wind totally lays down, and you'll be in fine shape. Highly recommend.
