John is a great host! Communicative. The listing is very accurate. The pull-in and set up was a breeze. The place is beautiful! Quiet for being amongst neighbors. The canal dock was where we spent most of our time. Caught red fish, drum, and a few crabs with a crab trap. Would love to come back again!

John’s place was a wonderful getaway. We had a fantastic stay on the canal. The property is gated and our dog really enjoyed the space to run around. Fishing from the deck was a highlight, and the kayaks provided a great way to explore the water. The space was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to return!

We had a great stay. Owner is extremely friendly and was flexible when we had something come up. The place was exactly what we wanted. Clean and easy to get in. We are definitely going to stay here again.

Perfect spot! Very well kept and worked out great for us. We have a 38’ 5th wheel and it’s a little tight backing it in, but we were able get it done.

Very nice rv spot on the canal. Very clean. It was relaxing to sit on the deck and fish under the lights.

Excellent space! Wide and level pad, the covered patio space plus fire pit gathering space was so nice. Easy to get in and out with our travel trailer. Will definitely stay here again.

John’s canal front site was perfect! The kids enjoyed fishing from the deck. The pad was long, wide, and level with great hookup locations. This would accommodate even the largest 5th wheels. My favorite aspect was that it was fenced in so that the kids and dogs could play! Do yourselves a favor and camp on this land!
