In November, we had over 10 inches of rain. It was a blessing for our grass and cover crops, however, the spill way at our campground was severely damaged. Therefore, the pictures of our beautiful pond do not portray the actual visual of what you will see. We are in the process of working with engineers to repair the spillway. You will still enjoy the beautiful sunsets, serene environment and we have three other ponds suitable for fishing. We offer two full camper hookups and several tent camping options. We have a permanent toilet and sink on-site. We are a full time working farm. We have beef cattle, sheep, horses, goats and chickens. We loved it! Walt and Mrs. Walt at the tasting room were very nice hosts. Beautiful ranch, awesome wine and pizza, great spot to set up the rv. Peace & Quiet. Cell service is in and out…but that’s just fine. It’s not a high end RV Park with all the bells and whistles but it IS a high end place to visit. Highly recommend a stay with the good people at 4R.

My family and I were in town for a few days and booked this RV site because our usual place was full. We showed up after hours but the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The park was really full but surprisingly quiet. Park staff were super friendly; we recommend and would say here again.

Very unique property, hope they add the animals at some point. Utilities worked fine. Only concern is the road is tight for a 5th wheel with low limbs in some spots. Very quiet and peaceful.

This was my first Hipcamp stay and Sam and Sarah came to meet us shortly after we arrived and had everything ready as we pulled in. Hook up was great. They have great amenities. Sam spoke to us about his slice of heaven and walked with me to meet his chickens. Thank you so much. We will be back

7 nights at Trickle Creek Ranch

Gary’s place was just right for our overnight stays. Super easy 20-minute drive to visit our kids and grandkids in Fort Worth. Gary was a great host, really enjoyed chatting with him and hearing a bit about the old dairy farm. Our two grandsons (3 and 5) stayed with us for a couple of nights and loved seeing the longhorns and exploring the property. We’ll definitely be back.
