This campsite is great! It is very spacious with great views. They have canoes and kayaks available to use and it’s great to get on the water for sunrise or sunset. Located close to some awesome outdoors areas like Suck Creek and Middle Creek. Highly recommend.

I love this campground. The benefits are numerous starting with the location to Nooga, the clean water of the river, farm fresh eggs right down the street, and last but not least, a wolf on sentry. Seriously, Ava is super sweet and the rest of the pack are apparently super social as well. The hosts are proud of their campground with good reason. There's a lot to offer here! Have fun with the time zones! Honestly, that kept us on our toes!

Weekend Trip to Waterside lot
The site was great with a nice view of the small pond. Very quiet, gated community with a lot of nice tiny homes for permanent residents. Also, the location is close enough to Blue Ridge to uber over if you didn’t tow a car. Will probably go again sometime.

There's no designated camping spot you reserve here like a typical campground. Basically there is a field and small wooded area you can pick a spot to camp at. We hammock camped so we chose a spot in the more wooded area to hang our hammocks. If you get there early, you get to chose your spot first. First come, first serve. There weren'tamy other campers when we went so there's was plenty of spots we could choose from.
Thought we might have to buy some firewood but there was plenty of random logs laying around you can use to make a campfire in the fire rings skattered around. You just can't cut or break wood to use for firewood.

Our 26’ RV did not fit all the way into the little pad but we got close enough to have the hot tub right outside the door! The hot tub was a great addition to the day!!!

One of, if not the best places we have ever had the pleasure of camping at!!!
Laura & Delon were GREAT HOSTS!!
The property is beautiful and set up perfectly for visitors.
We had the “Eagles Nest” spot.
Great view of the river.
Only 5 spots so not overcrowded.
Clean, spacious, well maintained resort. Well recommended this resort to anybody.

The view from every RV site is incredible! The hosts did an amazing job with the property and the kids loved kayaking on the river and climbing up and down the rope on the rocks. It is also so close to downtown! We will definitely be back!

After 10 years of camping this was the most beautiful campground we have ever stayed at. It had full hookup and wifi and wonderfully kind hosts; but other than that you felt like you were by yourself in the most scenic location ever. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their perfect property and everything reflected that. We loved the beautiful views, the kayaks, the suggestions of things to do from the owner, including guiding us to the top of a nearby mountain for sunrise, the rope swing we kayaked to each day & the sweet well behaved dogs that roamed the property-you can just tell these sweet old pups are living out their best life here as well. I also loved all the well thought out seating areas all over. Adirondacks perfectly positioned with rock foot rests, swings, rock tables, patio furniture, perfect landscaping -everything was just beyond what we expected. We didn’t even have to get out our chairs or our outdoor rug because everything was nicely mulched. My only worry is that as more people discover this gem of a place it will be harder to book. LOL Thanks again Laura & Delon!

We had the most wonderful time at River Life RV Resort. It’s a great place to take in nature’s true beauty. Laura and Delon were the most amazing hosts! We loved that our dogs could be off leash, running around with other dogs on the property. We hope to return again soon!

As a seasoned RVer I’m on the constant pursuit of a great place to park. This place was just beyond special. The location is out of this world. The owners are as cool as they come. The spots are next level. Tons of space and you have epic river views and access from all of the spots. This will be a go to place for sure. The owners Delon and Laura are a treat. Right up the road is a dive bar called River drifters. Sneaky good food! Go see them

Unique space if you want a cabin and rv pad. I just had an rv and it's cool that they don't rent the cabin to someone else when you rent the rv pad. The description was very accurate so I had no false expectations when positioning my trailer. It's 17' and was easy to turn around and back in toward the utilities. I didn't have enough sewer hoses to reach, but that was fine since it was just me there for 2 nights. Electric and water was easy to reach. No problems with gate code or anything like that. Very smooth check in and check out. Also worth mentioning the wifi is very fast and was a nice bonus. I selected this site because of its proximity to Fiery Gizzard. The trailhead is literally 10 mins away. Also the small town of Tracy City is 5 mins away. Got great pizza at Hanks Corner Grill.
