Quiet area of Valle Crucis. It is just 2 miles from the original Mast General Store. Larger units must back in carefully between the guard rail and the ditch. The lot had some damage from Helene.
This is a parking lot of an old church and sits by two small creeks.
Maximum stays are up to 6 nights. No water, no septic. No generators are allowed.
Large concrete pad/parking lot for RV and an extra car or two. This is a campsite only, an RV is not included. We have electricity but no water or septic. In the spring, summer, and fall - We have a toilet and hand-washing sink inside the building that you may use if you select this as an "add-on". A code to enter the building will be sent if you add this feature. This site does not have potable water and does not have a shower. The closest public bathrooms are at Valle Crucis Community Park. Mountain Dog Coffee and Holloway Corner Kitchen are private, but good places to start your day with coffee and/or food.
Please respect our neighbors by limiting noise. This lot is private, but you may see or hear the neighbors.
Dogs must always be on a leash when outside your RV or car.
There are no garbage cans or trash pick-up; pack it out, please. The trash/convenience center is about 2 miles away on 194 for you to take your garbage.
We DO NOT advise taking Clarks Creek Rd. from 105 to get to this location. You must travel to Clarks Creek through Valle Crucis via 194. You must also detach any trailer or towed items a mile or so before the camp spot and before the switchbacks. Please view the map and be comfortable with travel to our campsite. There are sections of the road with no shoulder and pit holes due to current construction/road work.
There is very limited cellular service in this area. WiFi & WiFi calling should work fine.

The vision of the farm is to be a place of sanctuary for both people and the life of the land - the plants, animals, insects, and fungi that inhabit it. BelleBrook Acres is a 17 acre working farm in the heart of Bristol, TN. Prior to us purchasing this farm it was one of the first dairy farms in Tennessee dating back to 1901 and was an active dairy farm up until about a decade ago. We're located 8 miles from the Bristol Motor Speedway; 7 miles from Osceola Island and the South Holston Dam with hiking & bicycle trails as well as some of the best fishing around; 8 miles from The Pinnacle which is packed full of restaurants and outlet shopping; and 3 1/2 miles from the downtown and State Street where you can literally walk in both Tennessee and Virginia at the same time which is lined with restaurants, escape rooms, a pool hall, comedy club, bars and more! We're centrally located within the city limits and just minutes from anything in Bristol. During your stay at our farm, you'll get to meet our resident welcoming committee comprised of Jasper the donkey, several very friendly cows, goats, chickens, and horses. Our allocated camping area is situated on the far end of the farm and surrounded by several pole barns and an outhouse providing a sense of privacy. You're welcome to hike up through our horse pasture which leads up to an amazing view atop the hillside. (Our animals are all very social, but you would be exploring the property at your own risk of course.) We do offer elopement packages as well and can provide an officiant at no extra charge. Our stay at this mountain campsite was fantastic! The hosts were both exceptionally kind and attentive. Ken recommended a Newland tire business to work on our truck brakes and I'm not exaggerating when I say they might have saved our lives!
While the space was a smidge tight for our fifth wheel, it worked out fine. All the campsite hook-ups were pristine and easy-to-use.
The location was lovely - set in a charming country club neighborhood with welcoming neighbors who went out of their way to check on us. We love Newland and felt as though we were centrally located to the places we like to visit.
Thanks so much, Ken & Lyn! We will be returning, for sure!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Corner Pine for a weekend in a camper van to do some leaf peeping and sight seeing around the Highlands. The site was perfect for our needs! We especially loved the deck to relax and enjoy the moon while playing guitar. It was peaceful and private. Having access to amenities was fantastic, and it was so thoughtful of our hosts to leave a welcome basket with instructions and helpful tips!

This stay was a first for us using this app and very pleasantly surprised and delighted with the spot with easy pull through and comfortable deck with fire pit. The variety of sweet, helpful and welcoming community members in the neighborhood was a plus. Reminds me of a great old campgrounds with lots of woods, shrubbery, unique vacation homes, camp sites or permanent little and large mountain homes. Walking around felt very safe and nice perks with the amenities.

We had a great overnight stay! Cheryl is a fantastic host who was very attentive to our requests. Additionally, she communicated with us to solve a problem we had created with the bathroom lock late at night. We really appreciated the help when she could have just let it go until the morning!!!!
The sound of the creek at night was spectacular. Set up was so easy. While the site is just off the road - there’s little to no traffic to cause any disturbance. We will stay here again. Thanks, Cheryl!

Our 28’ travel trailer was easily accommodated. 50 amp hookup, with strong WiFi, but no water or sewer which was fully disclosed and no problem for our 4 day stay. Our dog loved that he could lay on the deck watching the day go by, plus we didn’t have to worry about him running after any other dogs going for their walks. We had a beautiful experience camping at Fauna Forest Farm. The hosts could not be more welcoming and gracious. They have cultivated a beautiful and welcoming space that is hard to capture with words. We enjoyed roaming the grounds, climbing up the big hill to admire the views, and watching the light show from the fireflies at night. We would come back again here in a heartbeat! This spot is in a neighborhood with many amenities. Kid and pet friendly with a nice deck area which helps with those things and acts as a patio/deck spot for your time. The owners were very welcoming and the atmosphere was friendly. The area is convenient to many hiking spots and other attractions.

Flat, quiet small parking lot. Electric box worked well. Strong Wifi. Nice to be alone without noisy neighbors. Roads slightly challenging for a 28 ft trailer, but just come in from the Mast General store side and you should be fine.
Cheryl was very kind and accommodating. Made sure we were settled in and gave some suggestions for food. Nearby Pearles at the Mast General store had great, reasonable priced food. We had the raspberry scone and it was delicious.
