The land is mowed down, lush green with some trees in the middle and just all around beautiful. There are 4 gravel RV pads and gravel paths around the homestead as well as 6 large wildflower gardens. Right now there are no activities on the land. Just a place to stay if someone wants to camp or you can walk on the paths. If you have a golf cart, you can ride those on the property. I do own 31 chickens which are a delight and I sell farm fresh eggs. I also sell produce and handmade goods seasonally. I also rent my tiny house on wheels on Airbnb and there could be a guest staying at any given time. We just ask that you walk around the tiny house front and back yard and not through it if there is a guest staying. The camp sites have not been broken in yet so the spots are not in a designated area yet. There are 5 tent camp spots to choose from. The photos you see are the areas you can choose from. Very tall pine trees on this property. A lot of wildlife pass through the camp everyday. A lot of history in this part of Tennessee. If you're into fishing there's a lot of lakes around here, even kayaking. Friendly little town called Lexington is 10 minutes away, good southern food. 2 hours from Memphis and 2 hours from Nashville. There's always someone here on the land to watch your trailer while you're out exploring. Very safe area and quiet!

The Greek Revival home was built in the 1860 and is now on three acres within the City of Brownsville TN. TMobile 3 bars & 5G. We did not launch Starlink due to trees. Would stay here again. Brownsville is known for its BBQ, Hatchie River National Wildlife Refuge, Billy Tripp's Mindfield, Dunbar Carver Museum and Delta Heritage Center.

The camp is in a very nice pecan grove down a side street of the small town of Brownsville. Bob and his wife met us, showed us where to park, and brought us hot, homemade cookies. We had a very nice walk around the grove with the dogs and got a good night's sleep. This is just a few minutes off I-40 and a perfect place when you are driving across the country, as we were.
