Our RV sites are extra-large and private with full hookups and fiber high speed WiFi . We are located two hours southwest of Nashville, TN in the charming small town of Clifton, TN. Our community sits on the stretch of the Tennessee River called the Kentucky Lake. The Kentucky Lake is the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river. It covers 160,300 acres and features 2,300 miles of breathtaking shoreline. Bring your boat and use our private community boat ramp. You can stop at the marinas located nearby for food and live music. If you don’t have a boat, you can rent one nearby. Kentucky Lake is a boaters dream with its clean water and beautiful scenery. Boat storage is included in your stay. Additionally, some of the best freshwater fishing in the Country can be experienced in the Kentucky Lake and is known for excellent fishing for large and small mouth bass, bluegill, white bass, catfish, and many more. You can fish directly from your site on most waterfront sites or use our dock. If you like to kayak, you will enjoy the tree-lined, calm, four mile long cove in our community. You can directly access the cove from your site when you stay on a “cove site.” We are open year-round. We offer nightly, weekly, and long term stays on all our sites. Nature provides groundhogs, deer, birds of prey and many others. Bass and trout laugh and feel safe from me. If you hike you’ll love this. We rappel down the bluff with a simple rope. The island could support volleyball or similar activities if so inclined.

Campsite is located at the base of York Mountain. Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent, hang you hammock, or park your camper and enjoy the great outdoors. There are a couple of level spots for your tents, as well as a nice rock fire pit for you to use. There is usually plenty of firewood available and there is an outhouse on the site. The pond hasn't yet been stocked with fish, but hopefully soon it will have more than just frogs. But for now the frogs provide great music. This is a rustic campsite, with rocks, roots, and steep terrain. Please bring your own camping gear, including chairs, and please take your trash with you. There is plenty of privacy, even though you are right near a public road that has very little traffic. There are no other campsites nearby and the owner lives 1/2 mile away. Recreation nearby includes Canoeing/kayaking on both the Elk River and Richland creek (shuttles can usually be arranged), Stillhouse Hollow Falls (beautiful waterfall hiking), Trail of Tears Interpretive Center, and Big Creek Winery. Tents/Table/and cots are available to rent as well.

We have set up the middle spot to rent with the ability to be pulled in either way as a buddy spot, solo spot or for a motor coach to pull head in. The community has a boat launch, large fire pit and covered picnic area with picnic tables. The site sits up looking over the river but does not have direct access to the water. The site ground is currently Chert. We have just recently set this up for our family and will add more amenities as time permits. Area has trash bins on the main entrance road about 3/4 mile from the site.
