We were a former feedlot that is currently under renovations to becoming an equine center. Currently has horses, chickens, and baby calves. We live on 5 acres, surrounded by farmland. 1 mile from nearest highway.
3 acres of pasture on the east end. Camping area is on the west end, with many trees for shade on the west and south corner.  4 miles from Brookings that has shopping, antique mall, active night life bars, children's museum and more. 3 miles from Volga, small town living. 5 miles from interstate I-29.
