We have 12 Tent Camp Sites and Two RV Sites with Septic Hookups and 20, 30 and 50 Amp Electrical Plugs and Potable Water Hookup. Separate Onsite Bathroom with Sink and Two Showers, Cement Boat Ramp with a Dock. Covered Shed with a cement floor and three Picnic Tables and Chairs. Water Hookup and Electrical plugs on Tent Site's can be used if you bring Extra Garden Hose and Electrical Cords. Enjoy the Edisto River in your Boat, Kayak, Canoe, Paddle Board or Small Boat. Take a 1/2 Day Kayak or Canoe trip downstream to Colleton State Park from Blacks Fish Camp. Celebrate a Birthday Party or Family Reunion. A Weber Charcoal Grill is located under the covered shed for your use Charcoal is not Provided. The different wildlife species you might encounter at my site includes Owl's, Beaver, Wildcat, Otters, Deer, Raccoon, Opossum, Armadillo, Alligators Coyote, and Snakes, Hawks and Osprey. Blacks Fish Camp is a gem. It’s in excellent condition with a bathroom/shower as nice as they come. We will definitely be return customers! All the firewood you need, a covered area for meals with a grill. Just perfect.

We really enjoyed our relaxing one night stay. The area was quiet and there is a nice sitting area overlooking the creek. The facilities (bathroom, showers etc.) were great. Everything was super clean. We would definitely camp here again if we happened to be in the area.

My wife and I love camping at Black's camp. It's a very quiet and peaceful place to visit, enjoy all the wildlife, fishing, kayaking boating and more. This is our 2nd time camping at James Blacks camp ground and will visit it more often. If you like kayaking from the campground down to the boat landing at hwy 15 it takes about 3 to 3.5 hrs. If you fish, floating and take a break on the sandbar it's a bout 6 to 6.5 hours. There's no where else we would rather be. Thanks again James Black for this wonderful place.

Great spot on the Beautiful Edisto River with a ton of camping luxuries: covered river side picnic tables with sink and grill (coal provided also), lights, AC plugs, tons of firewood, canoe/kayak/boat launch, and more. Easy and fast tributary access to the river. *Check water levels before you go. The Edisto can really move when it's high!

Awesome host. Jennifer was there to greet and stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Nice spot, It was the only spot so it was quiet. Enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and there was enough random tree branches around to keep it going. It had 30 amp and 110 outlet. I managed to trip a breaker, my fault. Jennifer showed me where the breaker box was. Excellent stay.
