This private, fully fenced grassy site (100 m²) sits at the back of our ¾-acre block, facing a peaceful bushland reserve. Access is via a gated driveway behind our shed. There’s space to turn around, but you’ll need to reverse into the site. A separate parking area is available once unhooked.
The space suits one caravan or RV, with room for a small tent or swag. Maximum of five guests total.
Rates are for one couple; extra adults $15 pp / night, children $10 pp / night. Small pets may be accepted on request — we have free-ranging chickens and two mini dachshunds.

Quiet, small compound for no more than 6 campers. You are on top of a hill from which you can glimpse the lake. Walk down the well maintained path and onto the dock and the view of the lake opens up. I enjoyed bird watching and star gazing while I was there. I plan to return.

When I booked he said it is mainly full timers with a few single sites. Nice level sites down a long driveway back in the woods. Full hookup and was described as is.
The full timers were nice folks. Lots of chickens and roosters to wake you in the morning.
Not a place to come and stay for a week but great for overnight or if your there and are gone during the day like we were.
Very responsive and nice host. We came to visit family and were gone all day and stayed here two nights. Will definitely stay when we come visit family again.

This is the property drive past wishing you owned. A pond with a little beach perfect for some paddle boarding or kayak. Sounds of nature.
We used this a spot on the way to Georgia but wished we had more time to stay. Victor was very nice and he’s done an amazing work to the property making it comfortable with the electric water and sewer hook up. Our dog Rusty was excited to make friends with Victors dog blue and it was so cute seeing them sit outside the camper and play together. We will definitely be marking this as a must stop.

We loved this site! It was beautiful, quiet, peaceful and extremely clean. The host was beyond exceptional with making sure the site was tended to and we loved how easygoing he was. We stayed in the newer section of sites that he had and they were so great! Easy to pull into, great grassy area towards the back of the campground for us to be able to walk our dog!
10/10 will camp again and recommend to all our camping friends and family!

We had a wonderful experience at Eagles Landing which is appropriately named. There were three flying over the lake the entire weekend. It is serene and stunning all at the same time. Kevin was the most wonderful host who hand delivered a very generous and thoughtful gift basket. He had kayaks, life vest, fishing poles and firewood available. The wildlife there amazing. The lake was pure heaven! It is on our list of places to visit regularly. You will not regret booking this fabulous hip camp! P.S. We are now hooked on kayaking! Life is good in your sixties!

Owners communicated very well, stopped through on Saturday morning and introduced himself. Was receptive to a suggestion I made for the campsite - they had brought in crush and run, but had a low point where my passenger side tires sat making it unlevel. He gave suggestions for things that were happening in town. The dock is brand new, site was clean. Visited the Lake Monticello Recreation area not far which was also nice. Can’t beat the price, would recommend, especially for a group of campers! Rent all 6 sites and enjoy the group fire pit together!

We loved this site on Lake Monticello. Very easy as far as directions and ability to pull into the campsite very smoothly with our 35 ft camper(we stayed in site 1)! We loved how calm and quiet the campground was, and it was definitely a plus being able to go down to the lake straight from the campsite! Our dog even got to enjoy the lake for a little bit as well! As this was our first time at this campground, definitely 10/10 recommend and will come back and camp again! And the owners are very nice and friendly!
