Neither of these cameras look towards the interior of the property, or towards the "beach/kayak launch" where you can walk to the water. I have included photos in the listing where you can see screen shots of what these cameras' fixed viewpoints are. Rest assured, your privacy is not compromised.***

We are pet friendly but all dogs must be well behaved and on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them. We travel a lot in our 28ft Class C but are usually home in the summer. We are extremely friendly, love music and tiki bars.

Isla Mas Afuera

3.5 acre property, last remaining part of old inlet horse farm, with plenty of natural buffers from the few neighbors in our vicinity and between our camp sites, as well as the road. So close to everything the inlet area has to offer. Beaches, tidal inlet with boat ramps, Waccamaw River with boat ramps, restaurants, shops, bars, State Parks, nature preserves, fun attractions and much, much more, all just moments away. We are set up as a “primitive” camping experience, the property is kept very natural, unmanicured for the most part, little to no herbicides or insecticides used here. It’s a work in progress, is difficult for me to tackle chores due to physical disabilities, so some private areas are disorganized at this time. I live here full time, with two cats & 5 chickens whom are all free range. 

I live here in a double wide by myself, two outdoor cats. Deer, fox, rabbits, hawks and the like are common visitors. This is brand new to me, lots of improvements to be made in the future to make a guests stay even better, so for right now it’s bare bones. Can accommodate tents or certain campers. No pump out, no electricity or running water for “sites” yet, if ever, but running water is here and available for free. 

Additions to come soon: outdoor shower, available compost toilet available for rent while here, fresh herbs, vegetables, fresh local eggs, firewood, and covered gathering/ cooking area (not built yet) and much more, I’m really excited. Open to idea’s and options. No fireworks/ gunfire allowed at anytime, no “parties”, but gatherings, campfires, games and fun always welcome.

I prefer meeting guests apon arrival to answer any questions and help all feel comfortable. I do have medical conditions that may prohibit it at times though.

Laurel Oaks Estate

We are 20 miles from Myrtle Beach, and just a short drive to beautiful downtown Conway, SC. There you will find shopping, amazing restaurants, and the Riverwalk. Alongside the tent is a fire pit, hammock, cornhole, picnic table, and gas grill. Take a stroll on one of our many trails that backs up to the National Wildlife Refuge.

Enjoy fishing and take a ride in the paddleboat, johnboat, and kayaks on our pond near your campsite.

We have a one-acre property located in Johnsonville, SC. It has septic, water, and electric on-site, and is just a few miles from the river where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, and swimming. 

There’s also a great golf course that has recently reopened in the area. We’re only about an hour from Myrtle Beach, Florence, and Pawleys Island.

Tiger Corner

Forty-five acre timber farm with 4  primitive camp sites for tent or RV camping.  The land boarders Francis Marion National forest and has an abundance of wild life . It is  41 miles from Charleston SC  and 35 miles to isle of palms beaches.  The property and surrounding area offers an abundance of activities. 

1. Walk/hike trails through the timber farm and forest 

2. Fish for bass and brim  at pond on farm or SCDNR stocked pond less than 1/4 mile away

3.  Hunt on farm  - permission required 

4. Bring your boat! Launch at nearby Buck Hall Landing (20min), Garris Landing (20min), or Paradise Island Boat Landing (25 min)

5. Birds of Prey Center: get up close and personal with Falcons, Eagles, and other raptors

Tall Grass and Pines

This property is unimproved and unmaintained raw natural land.  The entire property is surrounded by a farm drainage ditch on all sides, with random farm drainage ditches to insure the land is dry and a 60’ x 60’ old farm irrigation pond (see satellite photo to know where the ditches are located).  There is plenty of seasoned raw wood (from when the property was cleared 4 years ago) laying randomly throughout the property to cut and collect for a camp fire.  The land is located off a dirt access road that is well maintained by the county.  The county dirt road can provide for hours of peaceful riding via mountain bikes.  Campers are more than welcome to cut their own path on the land for their campsite.  There is a fire pit by the large tree when first entering the property at Entrance 2 (please see photos for the locations of Entrance 1 and 2).  Note:  This raw land is unmaintained and was last cleared 4 years ago, photos are from April 2022.  There is a video tour posted on youtube of the property, which can be navigated to via our twitter site link that is shared here as our website address.  Please note as of 2025, we have 2 parking areas roped off with yellow rope, one parking area is 20’ x 50’ with crushed aggregate the other parking area is 20’ x 45’.  This area is camping in the raw, a designated resting spot for a Camper Van, it is not for an amateur as clearing brush may be necessary and is priced accordingly no frills.  Campers will likely will be greeted by friendly neighbors now as opposed to long ago.  We understand the previous problem left.  :-) 

Worthams Ferry

Located 15 minutes from the closest ocean beach in North Myrtle Beach. There are all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants, entreatments and attractions in the area. The Interstate Canal free boat ramp is located 10 minutes drive from your camping site. The closest Dollar General store is less than 5 minutes away and right behind the store is a free Recycling and Solid Waste Convenience Center.

Easy road access to the site and less than 5 minutes walking to the river boat ramp.

Located on the Waccamaw River our property offers excellent views of the river and easy access for kayaking and paddle boarding. We are 25 min from Myrtle Beach and 4 miles from lovely shops and restaurants in scenic downtown Conway. We have recently had some homes built near our property but the river views are untouched and the tranquility of our 3 acres remains intact.

The campsite is located on the right side of the driveway.
