This RV site is on our property where we first lived in a mobile home.
We love camping and thought what a great place for a quite retreat.
So we made the site into a full hook up RV camp site.
Beautiful location with a view of Table Rock located in the Historic Oolenoy Valley.
Our property is located in Northern Pickens Co. of South Carolina.
Plenty of trails, boating, biking in the area or just sit under your awning and enjoy the wildlife.
Important please read!
There is not evening shade in July and August, However, there are shady spots very close to the camp site that you can enjoy. Where your camper sits the Sun goes down at the front of the camper. It is typically not an issue until mid-July and August. If you need additional details, please contact me.
There are two homes near the camp site. The one behind the site is our home. Just me and my wife, currently no pets. The other home is a small white farmhouse that I currently rent to close friends. Chris and his wife and two well behaved kids. The kind of neighbors' people dream of! In five years of renting this site I have only had one couple that felt uncomfortable with the homes on our driveway. They chose not to stay, and I refunded them. It is very safe here and secluded from the main road. Look at all of the pictures to make sure this is the spot for you. Thanks

Campsites are adjacent to the French Broad River. Excellent fishing and boating. It is heavily populated by deer and other wildlife. For this reason, dogs must be kept on a leash.
Please note that due to the campground being in low-lying land, the drive in is subject to being slick and muddy, 4WD is required. Message us with any questions.
Due to the property proximity to the river and situated in floodway, the sites are subject to flooding during heavy rain events. Voluntary and/or mandatory evacuation may be necessary during any reservation due to high waters or forecast for high water events. If evacuation is necessary, unused portions of reservation will be refunded.
Campers are advised to be self-sufficient with water and shower facilities. We do provide a port a potty and firewood is for sale on site (Venmo, PayPal or cash). IF YOU ARE CAMPING WITH A RV OR TRAILER, PLEASE CONTACT US TO DISCUSS A SITE. All sites can accommodate smaller RV camper units. However, larger RV's have limited site availability.
Campsites are situated along the river edge. Embankments are steep and near deep water. Although not prohibited, constant supervision for children is a must to avoid serious injury due to natural hazards.

What a lovely, welcoming spot Mark and Esther have. We (my bf, pooch and I) spent two nights in our 18.5' camper trailer here in Techno RV Site #2 and it was quite perfect. We had no neighbors camped near us (mid-November and mid-week) so we felt like we were alone in the woods. But there are nice tree/shrub barriers between each site so I think it would have been fine if there had been. The bathhouse was clean and had everything you needed (including a timed heater and unlimited hot water) and the hiking trails on the property were a great place to walk the dog in the morning before setting out on our adventures. Communication was great from the hosts and they were there waiting for us upon our almost-late arrival. All in all, we felt this spot was great - and we'll probably be back. Thanks, Mark and Esther!

Lovely view of the river, and the drive through the cornfield was fun! It rained and I saw why 4wd was necessary. Campsites are a little close together but still relatively private.

The sites are nice a shaded. Host is great. One thing I will say is there is no way you can paddle in to these sites. Im guessing the hurricane wasted the bank away. It is a straight drop.

Very nice open spot accommodate a large group with several tents, with good water access for fishing. Feels very remote, and at the same time an easy drive for groceries, supplies, bathrooms, etc.
Hosts were extremely fast and helpful with communicating. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

We loved camping here July 2025. The site was quiet and spacious. We saw 4 whitetail deer walking through the campground during our stay. You can not ask for nicer and more helpful camp hosts. Mark and Esther are awesome!!

Berkeley was an awesome host, and the property sits on a beautiful piece of land. We loved being so close to hiking and biking trails—and having Ingles right down the road made quick trips super easy. Even though we spent most of our time in downtown Asheville or out on the trails, it was great coming back and falling asleep to the sound of the river.

Perfect oasis! I love a good private campground and this one is amazing! Hiking trails on the property. Little stream and waterfalls on the property. Access to WiFi was great. Minutes to pottery, produce, distillery, restaurants, biking, hiking, and Brevard! Wonderful, gracious hosts. We reserved a Techno Site (RV pad), but the cabins, shelters, and tent camping sites all looked delightful and well maintained. I can’t wait to return!

This is an incredible area. The property and site is well kept and has a gorgeous view of table rock! Quick access to table rock and other wonderful hikes and water holes.
There is a local bridge with a road closure off the pumpkintown access. But there is still access in and out from dacusville hwy.

We loved this spot! Beautiful location right on the river with a nice platform for tent and fire pit area. There was a small camp table provided and cornhole set as well. It was awesome to have a shaded location in the trees but also an open meadow for catching fireflies at night. Wonderful little beach area for easy river access and hangout as well. Highly recommend!
