The resort is currently in Phase One, a soft opening that offers guests a preview of what is to come. Additional clubhouse features include restrooms, a laundry facility, area attraction information, customer service, a comfortable common lounge with a 70-inch television, a community bulletin board, and more.
Current amenities include a basketball court, pickleball court, dog park, cornhole, playground and more. In the coming months, guests will also enjoy exciting new additions such as live entertainment, outdoor movies, a zero-entry swimming pool with wet deck and water features, gazebos, landscaped foliage, horseshoes, and expanded sports options including tournaments.
Once construction is fully completed, the resort’s Activities and Entertainment Coordinator will lead a variety of structured activities for all ages throughout the year. Planned events include trivia nights, game nights, scavenger hunts, talent shows, barbecues, children’s activities and crafts, ice cream socials, sporting tournaments, chili cook-offs, holiday-themed events, Walking Club, S’mores Saturday, Campfire Storytime, RV How-To classes, and more.

This is a beautiful facility in the early stages of development but they’ve done everything right. Conveniently location, wonderful size lots and excellent facilities. Everyone was so helpful and made check-in a breeze. Can’t wait to see how beautiful the additions will be. Definitely will revisit again. Thanks for the dog park, too!!

it was a great site. it was very nice to have all the dogs to play with. I was a little worried about the terrain seeing how it was was below. I-40 0 but it is near South Mountain so you are enrolling terrain with great views driving to the campsite. We were on site and it was a larger site that it was easy to get into. we were here in a 26-ft travel trailer The site was very level

The river site #1 was quiet and easy to back into. Jenny came down and helped us settle in and had an adapter for our old fashioned 30amp plug. 10/10 recommend and will return. Morganton is a short 20 minute drive and offers plenty of diversions and dining if that's desired.

Our stay was just what my husband and I needed, peace and quiet. Site 1 is overlooking the river and just a short walk to access the river. Their dogs are friendly and they check in on you time to time. Beautiful property. We will be back. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a campsite that was shady with full hookups. Jenny’s camp was great. Directions very clear and easy access. We were in a 39’ class A and we had no problem at all. The camp host were very nice and helpful but you rarely saw them even though they are close. WiFi was strong.
My husband loved the dogs. The power was great. We had two ac units going and a fan sometimes as it was around 100 degrees.
I would love to go back when the underbrush dies back so you could see the water. After the rain you could definitely hear the little rapids.

This campsite is Heaven!
We booked for four nights but extended our stay because this place is so amazing. It’s very private, there are only two sites but we were the only guests. The owners and a couple of their relatives live here and they’re all super nice, helpful and very respectful of guests and their privacy. Our dog could run free and play with the other lovely fur babies who live here. It’s so peaceful! We never wanted to leave! There’s a beautiful silence, you just hear the river’s flowing as it’s a stone's throw away. There’s a fire pit and all the wood you might need. You can go tubing or canoeing and Michael gave us everything we needed to do that. I can't say enough good things about this place. It’s a gem and we want to come back for sure! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in a quiet, beautiful property. A whole immersion in nature, with all the comforts of full hookup.
