The location is perfect! It's beautiful and feels very secluded and "away from it all", while not actually being in the middle of nowhere. It's close enough to various stores and the highway should you need supplies or whatever, but on the property you can kinda forget the outside world for a little while. And the hosts are awesome! This was a great place to spend a couple of days. It's very easy to find, and its basically right off of the interstate. The truck stop at the exit is a Love's too, which is great since I try to stop at those across the country to get the gas discount. This is probably the only place I have ever stayed where they provided free firewood, which I really appreciated. Being in a camper van, I don't normally bring firewood because I would have to put it inside, and hosts (correctly) charge some fee if they have wood to provide. So, that was a great perk, and was much appreciated. Thank you!

We are within 10 minutes of York, 20 Minutes from Clover, 15 minutes from Kings Mountain, 25 minutes from Lake Wylie and ~30 minutes from both Gastonia and Rock Hill. This is a great central location to go hiking, boating, fishing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and shopping...... or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the country farm life. The host had it perfectly clean and well stocked. It has a bonfire pit and a smaller fire pit for outside gatherings and the hot tub was immaculately clean, heated, and ready for use when we arrived. Kids can enjoy swings and slides. We used it for a small gathering where about a dozen guests gathered during the day and six spent the night. Could not have been happier with property or hosts. Fireworks are legal and permitted within reasonable hours. Horses are welcome.

Located on family land granted by King Charles in 1685 we have worked hard to restore and refurbish in a sustainable way, using the trees and supplies from the land that they sit on. Hand crafting doors and furniture the way the family did it 140 plus years ago. The history of this place is deep, even the nails for the cabin and farm house that is now the clubhouse were hand crafted by my great grandfather in his blacksmith shop, along with the wagon wheels, horse shoes, misc farm utensils etc... there was no running out to Lowes to pick up what was needed, it was made in the blacksmith shop. We like to give riding tours and talking about the mountain and its challenges. We named the park from the famous product that was created here during prohibition, Cherry Bounce Moonshine. You can visit some of the original still sites on the mountain, of course they are not operational today. About the adventure co side, We are an adrenaline pumping ATV and SXS park with 25+ miles of mountainous trails at four skill levels; Green (Easy), Blue (Challenging), Black Diamond (Very Difficult) and Double Black Diamond (Most Difficult). You can bring your own ATV or SXS or rent one of ours. We have cabins & camp sites that are accessed by ATV or SXS on the mountains as well as hiking or biking. We do not allow jeeps, trucks or dirt bike motorcycles on the mountain, just ATV's and SXS vehicles.
