Guests are welcome to fish and use the fire pit area on the river. There is also a small Airbnb on the property. The river, fire pit area and bathhouse are to be shared with all guests. The campsite is located next to our bathhouse that offers a shower, toilet, sinks, and washer dryer unit.

Dogpatch Farms is a farm offering Broad River access( canoe portage under construction but usable) campsites with the goal of making camping affordable again. Have a good time but I don’t tolerate stupid and you are expected to not leave a mess like a true outdoorsman should.
There is an of wildlife including beavers, turkeys( roosting in the valley), deer and such to see because of our low impact approach so observe but don’t harass.

Fishing and Tent Camping on a beautiful privately owned naturally spring feed 2.5 Acre pond. Pond fully stocked with Catfish, Yellow Carp, Buffalo Carp, Bass, and Brim. We do allow eating size catfish under 5lbs to be taken from lake. Large catfish and all other types of fish are catch and release only. No fishing license required. Typically caught fish weigh in at 20lbs plus. Some catfish as large as 80lbs. Enjoy peacefully fishing all night with your friends and family on a lighted fully stocked pond. Each campsite has its own fire pit so you are welcome to bring firewood and enjoy cooking out or having smores by the fire.

It’s a beautiful spot to get away from the city. We had some fireflies every night. We ran low on fire wood and I messaged Nate. A couple hours later we had a ton of wood. Nate is a wonderful host. The hot tub was very clean.

Jake, the host, is very nice and helpful. He permitted private access to a riverside beach on their family property, which was very nice.

The campsite was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stream was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. Our dogs loved it as well.
Site 2 is located near the road, but traffic was minimal and never bothered us. On our next visit, we will probably book Site 1—not because there is anything wrong with Site 2, but simply because Site 1 offers a little more privacy.
The town of Saluda is only about five minutes away and is well worth a visit. It has several good restaurants, unique shops, and a charming small-town atmosphere.
We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Spent Father's Day weekend with my son and my father - three generations in one camper. It was amazing and Jake was AWESOME!! Fishing was high on list of priorities, as our family thoroughly enjoys the peacefulness of the sport. Not only did Jake provide us with some pointers on where to catch some fish, but he also even allowed us to enjoy his private access to the river to catch some trout! The site was easy to access, well maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend!!! Five Stars!!!! :-)

Exactly as described. Really lovely place with great amenities. Depending on the size of your rig, you may have a bit of trouble getting turned around, so just be mindful of that. There were good hiking trails within 20-30 minutes and a great little creek about 2 minutes away that the doggos loved swimming in. But, do take note that there isn't anywhere to actually walk your pups if traveling with them without leaving the area and driving down the road a bit to either the fenced in public park/swimming pool (and the fence is not 100% secure and there's no shade) or the gravel road that goes by the farm, which is pretty lightly traveled and made for a good walk. Minor things to note but definitely not deal breakers. Great host communication.

Beautiful, well kept campsite! Easy to pull in and set up. Level and well thought out. Camp hosts were very nice and responsive. Only had a small issue and someone was there right away and very kind. Just what we needed! Peace and rest.

Great communication and an excellent site, and quiet.
It can be tricky to get a good downhill run to the dump station, depending on where you park. If you watch the side of the hill late at night, you might see some blue fireflies down low.

Lovely, clean, mountain fresh air. This spot was like boondocking in the mountains with all the hookup luxuries of home. It's a private and peaceful spot. You won't be disappointed...book it today!

We loved camping on Nate’s land! It was spacious, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The additional add on amenities were great. We added the hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and the WiFi. Super fun to have the access to the outdoor area. Close proximity to town and about 20 min to everything. We would definitely visit this site again!

Incredible RV site. Scenic, accessible, and clean. Jake is an awesome host/owner with genuine hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back in the near future.
