Ideally located - West facing views to the Delaware River that provides spectacular sunsets. The quaint town of Callicoon is six miles to the North and Narrowsburg is six miles to the south. Most of the restaurants in those towns and other towns nearby areas are farm to table - excellent quality. Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south (3 minute drive) on NY97 at Skinners Falls Beach. Boating equipment can be rented there from Lander's River Trips and tubes can be rented by Lothian House adjacent to the free parking lot.
Guidelines:
1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench.
2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. Check photos
3 Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property.
4 Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place.
5 Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock.
6 Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving.
7 Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. There are pink ribbons tied around the tree trunks to mark our boundaries-beyond those ribbons is our neighbor's property.
8 We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. You will see it laying all around.
9 Please clean up after your pet.

A secluded picturesque location on a lake surrounded by woods. It was a bit cold to fish but I would like to return in warmer weather to give that a try. It is close to Gouldsboro State Park which the host, Jerry, recommended. I enjoyed a 5 mile hike there and discovered it has one of the best bass fishing lakes in eastern PA. They have boat rentals during the summer.
I didn’t meet Jerry but he checked in by text and was available for any issues or questions.
It was just what I was looking for and I would recommended it especially if you want to camp without being crowded by neighbors.

We absolutely loved our stay at Adam's place and we already cant wait to go back! The site is so quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive to many of the great little towns in the area. Nearly every morning we awoke to wild turkeys wandering in the meadow, and saw many deer throughout the day. The view of the Delaware River down the hill never gets old! Adam was a pleasure to work with and provided many great local recommendations. Thanks again Adam, looking forward to staying with you again soon!

Great private spot with easy access for our older rear wheel drive class-B RV. Dogs had a blast rubbing free playing in the tall grass while we tended the fire ring watching out over them towards the Delaware River. We enjoyed the starry night and will be back in the spring! We loved camping on Adam’s land. It was beautiful, private and serene. There is a large parking area that’s pretty level w a fire pit and a picnic table that has a lovely view down the property w the Delaware River in the background!
Our dogs absolutely loved it. We had to wait for a flock of Turkeys to cross in front of us, halfway up the driveway, when we arrived and the night sky was stunning. Both the property and the electric hook-up were easy to find. We can’t wait to come back!!

Nice secluded property tucked up on a hillside. Great views to the North and overlooking the Delaware. Having full hookups was definitely a bonus! Adam was great to work with and very responsive.
If you want a private getaway, look no further. Nights are tranquil and no sounds of any highways or traffic. Site is relatively flat, but be sure to bring levelers if you are a perfectionist.
100% recommend and will be coming back!

We had an amazing weekend under the shade tree at Brendan’s. He was incredibly accommodating, and the land was beautiful from sunrise to sunset. It felt perfectly secluded yet still only 10 minutes from town. My only regret was not bringing my fishing pole!

Really nice spot close to so much. The site is private and secluded. You may see the neighbors drive by behind the camp. But, the tree cover is more than enough to retain the feeling of seclusion. The water is wonderful to have; it means that we can shower! The electric is wonderful. Lots of regular plugs for your extension cord. The site also includes a nice fire deep enough to hold enough logs to keep you warm on a cold night. Picnic table is big and the benches are not attached so if want to use it as a prep area or to wash dishes you are not leaning over the seats and straining your back. The river peaks into sight in front of you with lots of trees surrounding you and then there’s the sky! The sky opens so nicely that you can see the Milky Way; we saw shooting stars too. There’s lots of deer and eagles. One flew right over us. We found turkey feathers but didn’t see one. During our time in the area, we saw 8 eagles. If you want to go out to eat or have a beer, just drop over the hill to the Pump House (very cool history). There are plenty of breweries around as well. Plenty of little towns with restaurants and specialty shops. the river is quite beautiful and there are many fishing areas and put ins. Would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a quaint getaway, this is it! It has beautiful views of the mountains and Susquehanna River. It was convenient to have full connections for electricity (30 amp), water, and septic. Also, an added perk was off- leash for dogs, our dog loved the freedom to just roam and play frisbee. We couldn't have picked a better property to unwind, recharge, and enjoy nature's beauty. Specials thanks to the host, Stan.

I stayed on the property with my two kids (13 and 10) for two nights and it is a lovely, peaceful place with a gorgeous view of the Delaware river valley in the distance. The land is tucked away and out of sight of the road so that the only sign of others in the area is the rare sound of a passing car. The property is a quick drive to Narrowsburgh for good coffee and eats if you don’t feel like coking over a camp fire. We enjoyed a gorgeous view of the stars at night after having roasted marshmallows. You can’t go wrong here.

My friends and I had a great weekend camping with NEWE! Check in was a self check in style with the site preloaded with wood and water. The area was flat and had a few trees for shade, with great views of the farm and trees behind it! There is one spot for easy river access. We also did a rafting trip through NEWE which was fun and relaxing. The site was beautiful, clean, with lots of opportunities to see wildlife. Dan was a great host, we will definitely be back!
