Everything was awesome. The little cabin stayed so warm and was the perfect size for our family of three plus our doggo! The land was beautiful. Theresa and her husband were both so kind. We loved meeting their farm of animals. And she was easy to get a hold of and easy to chat with. We will definitely be going back. The porta potty is a short walk and they are working on a bunch of upgrades in the cabin too. The emus are wonderful and sweet, we visited them multiple times a day. I could go on and on. 100% recommended for an upgraded camping experience. Look forward to trying them out in warmer weather too!

Weekend Trip to Mulberry Acres

The land is stunning -- much of it an old field with young trees taking over and plumes of wildflowers (currently goldenrod and aster). Great bird habitat. Mowed paths made for a fine adventurous walk. The cabin's bed was very comfortable, the stove was convenient, and our hosts friendly. It was great to have such a secluded spot close to our visit to Shikellamy State Park and Bucknell.

Amazing little place in the trees and by the river. My partner and I had an amazing time lounging on the dock and want to come back to fully enjoy the river when it's hotter next year! I loved staying at Mulberry Acres! The off grid cabin is perfect for a cozy camping experience for those who want a little rustic and a little glampy. The solar panels give enough electricity to run necessities. (Fan, lights, charging phones etc). The stairs to the loft are by far the easiest I have encountered, and I have stayed in quite a few places with lofts. They feel structurally sound, and safe. The bed in the loft is comfy and no need to duck. You can stand straight up! There is a camp stove if you want to cook something simple. There are even some spices provided! The fire pit is one of my favorite parts! The view from the fire pit is beautiful and peaceful. The trails are easy walking and there are a few of them. The portalet is a short hike up a steep little hill and down a grassy path behind the cabin. If you dont like walking a ways to the bathroom, you can bring your own camp toilet if you have one. Thats what I did. The owners are super friendly and gave me the grand tour of their farm and I got to meet all of the animals, even got to feed a few! This is the best hipcamp I have stayed at! Simple yet lovely and felt right at home! I will definitely be coming to stay again and again! 10/10 all the way around!!!!!

Lovely place, fresh air, tree house is small but well suited, definitely coming back, love that is close to the river, had so much fun in it we fished with my daughter. She learned there how to ride a kayak for the first time. Over all little tree house is a must on a bucket list. As for the host very attentive, respectful. He has the place neat and well mantain. This place was wonderful!! Super private and quiet. Absolutely the best place to unwind and just enjoy the quiet and nature. The host was super responsive, and super helpful. Plenty of wood for fires provided! Bug spray, lighter fluid, lighter, and some other stuff provided for use as well. The bell tent is super adorable and well maintained. 10/10 recommend and may even book again!!

We loved our stay at Sassafras Hollow! The farm was cute and everyone was very friendly and happy to show us around. We bought some produce from our hosts and it was delicious. Benny the farm dog is a real charmer too! The cabin was clean and air conditioned, we enjoyed looking through the books and movies. We also took a short drive to Cowan's Gap for a hike and a great view. Couldn't have asked for more!

We really loved our time at Hartman Center's tiny home. It was clean, warm, and so comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and so clean! The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's very close to other people, but still fairly private. A great little getaway
