10-Fold Farm offers a secluded, peaceful space where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. Throughout winter, there will only be one RV site beside the river, providing an intimate and private setting to enjoy the sounds of the rushing river. With access to the picturesque Molalla River, you can enjoy fishing, relaxing in the lounge chairs provided, or under cover of my "Cowzebo". New for 2026! We now have a Group Site available from Spring forward. You will have the whole place to yourself! It will automatically block other sites when this site is reserved. If one of the individual sites is already booked for your preferred weekend, the group option will not be available so reserve as soon as you can. More about the property: - This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- for flocks (egg layers for backyard chickens) and freezers (meat birds- available for your camp dinner). Some cows and sheep roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm. -My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site for 1 RV. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a composting TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot. -There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs). - There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for use in bad weather. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river. - FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. If your dog is aggressive or timid, please consider other accommodations. - Check out my farm WEBPAGE at 10foldfarmoregon.com for more info.
