I had a very enjoyable stay. I loved watching the egrets fish in the nearby pond. The campsite felt private and was well-kept. The porta potty and trash bin was close by, and there was plenty of firewood. However, the nearby road is a bit loud, so expect to hear cars driving by throughout the night. Thanks, Tim!

Staying at the flying f ranch was so relaxing and refreshing. The cows did make their way up to the cabin and it was so cool getting to watch them. Brent and Tabitha showed us up to the cabin and were very nice, they were welcoming and had a beautiful property! Definitely get some steaks, eggs and ground beef!! They were delicious!! The porch sitting is awesome as well!

This place is awesome.
Great spot! Work in progress but they are actively focusing on it. It has a river and a pond, ideal for tiny humans and their caregivers to play in all day. Hosts were so amazing and attentive. My 5 year old was exhausted by the end of the day from catching frogs and fish and playing in the river.
We stayed in a site next to the pond which had a picnic table and unlimited firewood all stacked and ready.
We live in Tigard and on a Friday afternoon traveling on I5south we were able to get there in 40 minutes. Super nice to be able to grab last minute marshmallows a 5 minute drive away when his mom realized she forgot them.

Weekend Trip to The Flying F Ranch Bunkhouse
Came here for the second time and I can't wait to come back for a third visit! Brent and Tabitha take great care of the bunkhouse and those of us that get to come stay there. Don't forget to grab some steaks and yummy beef snacks while you're there!

This treehouse was so fun for our weekend family trip! It’s a bit of a walk to get there, but such a cute setup. So nice to have a toilet, sink and shower with warm water!
The host and co-host were so helpful and even helped get my favorite hat back after I left it on checkout day 🤦♀️

We loved camping on Heidi's land! My husband, who is not a lover of camping, kept saying if this is the kind of spot I wanted to take him camping, then we could do a lot more of it. The spot is private, a short walk from where you park your car, and so peaceful. Even on a weekend with a heat advisory, we didn't get too hot because the trees provided wonderful shade. We loved it and plan on going back!

We loved every second of camping on this magical property! It has everything we needed, large grassy area under beautiful oak trees, a great gazebo, lovely lake to boat around, and complete privacy. It was perfect!

We’ve been coming here every year for a while now, and I’m still struck every time with how peaceful and beautiful it is here. This site is such a gem. If you need your car next to you camping it may not be for you, but if not you can’t beat the scenery and privacy.

We had a great time camping here. It is a beautiful piece of land and is being built up into a great new campground. We had everything we needed, with a picnic table, fire pit and porta potty. Private, we were the only ones there. A highlight was the little river, with hammock swings on the bank, to take a dip on a hot day or just relax. Lots of bird song and several deer.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Flying F Ranch. The site is completely private and absolutely quiet except for the sounds of nature. Beautiful sunsets. Quiet mornings. We bought lots of great stuff from the hosts including firewood, steaks, ground beef and loads of farm fresh eggs. We stayed at three exceptional locations on this road trip and this was everybody's favorite. Seeing the cows right up close was fun for everyone even though our little nervous dog kind of scared them away after the first visit. We have a small teardrop trailer we set up in front of the bunkhouse which was clean and well equipped. Brent showed me how to use the generator to have electricity but we never did turn it on. We cooked over the camp fire (which has a very good grate that swings in/out of the fire) and used our trailer kitchen setup. The whole site is basically on the side of a hill (benefit great views) and so the area just in front of the bunkhouse is not perfectly level so it takes some time to get your trailer level. My trailer is about 18 feet long pulled by a crew cab tundra and it was a little tight to get the trailer backed in to be on the most level part of the site. Another great benefit of this hip camp are the local wineries! We tried Andante and it was great. They have a really nice tasting room/patio and fantastic wine. Overall, this was a really great experience and I would definitely do it again.

Great spot to sleep if you're looking to be near the city. The road stays quite active at night and bug spray is a must but for the price it can't be best. Hosts were kind and accommodating!

2 nights at The Flying F Ranch Bunkhouse
Brent and Tabitha's Flying F Ranch is a perfect getaway that offers privacy, comfort, quiet, and natural beauty right in the beautiful Willamette Valley. We had so much fun cooking cast-iron meals with the ranch's delicious signature beef and farm-fresh eggs front and center in our recipe considerations. We are grateful for the generator power, but didn't use it once -- we were so happy with quiet and relaxation that we opted for lanterns and candles instead & did all of our cooking outdoors. The opportunity to get away in a secluded setting surrounded by gorgeous landscapes and the sights & sounds of wildlife (including friendly roaming cows) gave us a much-needed break from busy jobs and urban chaos. We are so grateful. As return campers already, we will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

This site was nothing short of extraordinary. The hosts went above and beyond—everything was thoughtfully prepared, making my stay not only seamless but genuinely memorable. As I make my way up the U.S. West Coast, this was my final stop before Portland, and without a doubt, the most breathtakingly beautiful of the journey.
The peaceful chorus of birds and lake life at night added a sense of calm and wonder that’s hard to come by. And the rowboat—charmingly rustic—was an unexpected delight. I had the joy of taking it out with my dog, who was absolutely thrilled to be gliding across the water. A perfect ending to this leg of the adventure.

What a fun/adventurous stay. This place was more than a treehouse. It had everything you needed for a quick rest during traveling or an over night with kids. It’s a magical foresty oasis. The kids loved the zip line, netted hammock and a little tv to wind down. The outdoor giant bathtub looked super fun but time didn’t allow for it. Comfortable, spacious, full bathroom, toaster oven, microwave and everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay. It’s a must to stay here just to walk down the ramps in a jungle setting that lead up to this hidden gem.
