Freshly remodeled camper trailer across from a botanical garden, on a hidden hobby farm in Portland city limits! Safe quiet tucked away street. New photos of finished deck will be uploaded around April 5, note that in the photos the flooring was being protected from rainy foot traffic. It is currently hooked up to power, sewer and hot water, no gas/propane needed. Fully furnished with kitchenette (induction stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dining wares, bedding, towels, shampoo) has A/C and heat. This is a working hobby farm with small construction projects, chickens and a crowing rooster who love to escape their fence and wander around. Therefore it is quite provincial at times and not child-friendly. Please consider this before booking. All pets must be leashed, as there is no full fence around the property or pool.

We have some advanced terrain please use the rope to assist you in getting into the water. Only 20 minutes from the Newport, this camp can make a great home base for day trips to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We have a one acre lot in the city. Our 22' Tipi with access to a full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). You may also camp in your own tent or vehicle. Get a fire going under our 20' x 30' canvas shelter and cook dinner or work on crafts (we use this space to teach bushcraft and survival skills classes). Pick plums, cherries, pears, apples and wild blackberries when in season. It's a 1 minute walk to access the best coffee shop and cafe in town. Our camp feels a little like you are in the country while being within walking distance of large city parks (Avery Park and Willamette Park), swimming holes, grocery stores and restaurants. As an urban site, you may hear street traffic on Hwy 99, although it's subtle. There is urban light from both a street light and the storage units on the North border of the property. The Tipi itself offers some barrier to these lights, however, if you want to be in a really dark location and see all the stars, this is probably not the site for you. Also, during the rainy season, the tipi isn't waterproof. We are close to Oregon State University campus (15 min bike ride, 30 min walk) and easy access to I-5 corridor (about 15 min drive). We host you as a family of 3 including our young daughter who might try to get you to pick blackberries with her.

I enjoyed Tipi in town as I felt well cared for. I visited in drippy November and the hosts checked in routinely, supplied me with wood for the stove and provided an extra sleeping bag for comfort. As a dog owner, I was delighted by proximity to Willamette and Avery parks for wiggles and sniffs.

Great spot to stay in Corvallis. Host was very accommodating and the stay was quite comfortable. Noise level was about to be expected for being in town, but certainly not bothersome. Would def stay there again when in Corvallis.

The tipi, land, amenities, and bathroom were exactly as described, as shown in pics, but the experience was better! Dan and Rebecca were fabulous hosts, gave us suggestions of local areas to check out, answered questions, made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Dan even took some archery time with my daughter, very special. The wood stove in the tipi works really well and kept it toasty! Make sure to bring sleeping pads and bags. Our dogs did well, loved it there. Definitely recommend- we’ll be back for sure!

4 nights at One Acre Hobby Farm Camper

This space was the perfect hidden getaway! Even though it’s close to a major street, it felt like I was hours away from Portland. The area is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by tree. And the trailer sits in the middle of all this privacy. The bed was super comfy, the quaint little shower was perfect for a shorty like myself. I also loved the ample amount of lighting in there! Best of all, Laura and Elias were very welcoming, communicative and quick to respond to any needs. Oh and I can’t forget Meiwa, the sweet puppers that roams around the farm. She makes your stay extra special!💕 10/10 would recommend! I’ll definitely be back! 😊

This spot definitely was a gem! Very quiet and private :) the kids loved the room to run and play, especially in the river. We were able to use our paddle boards to explore. The outdoor kitchen was one of the best features. We brought our small RV and we were able to cook and do dishes outside, which is a plus because it can get quite crowded in the RV at times. The string lights were a great addition for the evening s'more time!

We had a fantastic time at this spot! Everything was provided. I especially loved the teepee and bell tent. The provided cot was plenty cozy. The compost toilet was clean and kept up. It's right on a road, but very few cars came by in the four days we were there. The river was a great escape from the heat. I highly recommend this spot!

Hollie’s hip camp is well stocked in a beautiful area. The teepee and canvas tent held several cots to sleep on. The site was very clean and well thought out. The river is very clear about waste high in most areas, deep enough to float. Even though it is right off of the highway the traffic is very light and was not noisy. I would definitely recommend this site.

The land was located in a really beautiful area. We really appreciated how remote it was, and the views of the river were remarkable. We really enjoyed the spot and our dog and toddler really loved swimming in the river. We plan on returning in the future

Hosts were very helpful and kind I came with a campervan snd Dan helped me get it parked safely after we arrived well after dark. They had a fire going when we woke the next morning. Would definitely stay again!
