Situated next to our home on a 55 acre farm, our yurt provides a peaceful, relaxing space for up to 5 people. THE SPACE The 20' Pheasant Creek Yurt is completely yours during your stay. Bathroom area in the main house may be shared. For the yurt, there is a queen futon for sitting or sleeping, a double futon bunk/couch with a twin above, dining table with chairs, sink and counter space with toaster/convection oven, mini-fridge, dishes and cutlery, coffee pot, rocking chair, wood stove, and other amenities. Your stay will also include space for 2 cars, access to the charcoal grill, deck seating, and access to pasture, creek, and forest to wander. We are located 15 miles from King Estate and other local wineries, 15 miles from the Covered Bridge Scenic Bikeway, 45 miles from Eugene, and 2 hours from the coast, the mountains, and Portland. While the location is quiet and secluded, we are still an easy 5 minutes to I-5. Yurt door is usually left unlocked, and we have not had any security issues. Upon request, we can provide guests with a key during their stay. Unfortunately these accommodations are not ADA-accessible at this time. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE People from all backgrounds are welcome, but hate has no home here. Please respect our neighbors - we tend to wave to each other while in the neighborhood. Other residents at this property include: 4 dogs (Duffy and Hamish, Leia and Suleyman), a flock of Romney sheep, 12 hens, 1 donkey (Gracie), 2 potbelly pigs (Hamlet and Pig), 3 cats (Apollo, Minerva, Zelda, and Opal), and multiple geese. We loved our stay at the strawberry fields! The tent was spacious and comfortable, and nice and cool at night. The 'patio' space was really nice for hanging out with the lights on, which also made for a cute path to the bathroom. The bathroom was my favorite part, it was clean, and decorated really cute! The shower was easy to use and was really nice to have close to the tent. We also really appreciated the grill for making dinner! Great stay, highly recommend!

Rosehip campsite and bathroom facilities were perfectly clean and tidy with beautiful and thoughtful touches throughout. If you’re camping in a rooftop tent, suggest having something to level your vehicle. We ended up sleeping in the comfy yurt equipped with extension cord, fan, and nightlight. Excellent communication and hospitality. Highly recommend. :)

Rustic glamping at its best! A bit off the beaten path but interestingly tucked into a small town, the bunkhouse is thoughtfully stocked with essentials. We loved getting the camping vibe (no indoor plumbing) but not having to haul all the extra gear! Cowboy bunkhouse 2 has enough sleeping room for 3 average sized people- thankfully our kids are small enough to both fit on the sofa bed. Wonderful stay at Kristie’s!

lovely place to stop on my roadtrip! felt very safe and had everything i needed. hosts were very nice and responded quickly as i arrived at dusk and didn’t quite understand the layout - found the lights and all was well! they even came up to check everything that i found everything : ) very nice! something to note, there is pretty spotty signal out there but if you walk out to the main entrance you might get some service with at&t. would camp here again! thanks so much!

We stayed one night during our trip to San Francisco. While we didn’t have the opportunity to fully enjoy the site, it is still a cozy, private, and quiet spot. You can hear the traffic from the road, but it’s not a major issue. The toilet and shower were clean, functioning well, and connected to nature. One downside is the dirt ground; be prepared to get dirt on your gear and your dog. However, the ground conditions are very level and accessible. Additionally, expect very weak or no mobile signal at all.

We loved staying in the cowboy cabin! It was perfect for our little family for the weekend. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of bedding, the ac was a great feature, and our kids appreciated being able to watch tv after a long day! Kristine had it stocked with goodies and coffee which we very much appreciated. 10/10 recommend if you are staying in the area!
