The road department put a sign up that makes our neighbors road look like it should be Crawfordsville Dr. NO GATE If you see a gate you are at the wrong driveway. Again NO GATE 5 Acers of woods, 1 Acer of field/grassland, and one are on the hill with gravel for up RV's. Property is only 0.35 miles from Calapooia river access (local secret spot). 1 mile to McKercher Park and additional river access. General store 0.75 miles away. Next to the historic Crawfordsville Covered Bridge. 8 miles from Brownsville, this town has been featured in multiple movies. 13.8 miles from Foster lake. At the bottom of the property there is a tree house, fire pit, and large grass field that could accommodate 20+ tents. Upper area is a rock parking area with RV hook ups. gas firepit, gas BBQ, and picknic table. I only rent to one group at a time. Rarely camping there when campers are there but father is on site (the grey house) to assist if needed.

We are a country setting on a dead end gravel road, only 15-20 minutes from the heart of eugene and the U of O…”Lorane Hwy” is actually a beautiful country road with minimal traffic. We are 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Oregon coast. There are 2 organic farm stands within 5 minutes of us where you can get fresh produce, berries, homemade baked goods and homemade breads and soap, jams, pickles etc… you are welcome to eggs from our free range organic fed chickens. Our neighbors have chickens, horses and dogs so you may hear a dog barking and other animal sounds… we live in a house down the driveway and are available for any concerns.

We enjoyed our stay on Jamie's land. The property is beautiful. Totally surrounded by mature forest and a large lawn with grazing deer. The RV pads were very well constructed and required no leveling. Jamie came to meet us right away to explain the hookups, give directions to forest and creek, wifi password, and even brought treats for our pup. We weren't able to take advantage of the sitting area because of the rain, but it was a nice space. We would recommend this property to other travelers in the area.

What an amazing place to stay! James and Linda go above and beyond to make you feel safe and attend to your needs, while giving you your privacy and space. Their land is absolutely stunning, the creek has it's own waterfall (and feels more like a river), and the camp spots are easy to back a trailer into and are nice and level. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

What a beautiful spot! The stark contrast between a hi-tech unit set in a remote nature space is awesome. 🤩 The deer in the yard & sunrise behind the trees was beautiful! Stars are super visible & there are multiple waterfall hikes nearby & it’s only 30 min outside Eugene. We appreciated the local info the host provided & the Nespresso & top tier toiletries & snacks. The shower & Biobedet & everything LED was just so cool! We will definitely be back again!

We had a great time at the RV site for 5 nights. We camped in tents outside the RV and it was wonderful having a ton of shade nestled up next to the forest with the summer heat! There is so much to do on the property and we didn’t need to leave to keep our nearly 4-year-old busy and entertained. We went to the creek every day (on tubes and wandering in the creek), biked around, stumbled upon a stream in the nearby forest, played in the field and around the fruit trees, hiked to top of the property and so much more! James and Linda are very accommodating and kind hosts. We missed them after we left and hope to return soon! This place is special and they are continually working to improve it. Definitely go here, it’s a GEM!

This was our first time “glamping,” so we really didn't know what to expect. The camp site and the tent were very close to the river and all the supplies we would normally have to pack in were provided. The bed and tent and everything were so comfortable! If you enjoy the sounds of nature (birds, crickets, river) then this would be a great campsite! Adrienne also responds very quickly to questions! We definitely would like to reserve this site many times to come!

Really beautiful place and super private - incredibly quiet and peaceful, got to see a Blue Heron up close and lots of swallows/hawks. Did a little fishing and cooking, great set up and so many thoughtful details.
