Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby. NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times. Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

Experience the peace and quiet (except for the frogs) on this beautiful property. Each site includes a private secluded space to set up camp, we include running water and a fire pit. We provide the first night of firewood with more available for purchase. We are all about peace and respect for the land and each other on Thrive Ranch. Please be expecting to exist in the same type of space while here. No loud music or huge ruckus'. If you have the need to create a space for a larger group where you can celebrate and make some noise just let us know, we can probably accommodate with special arrangements and at a different location on the property. No road noise at all, we are out here and the only thing you will hear at night is bugs and frogs. Maybe a moo or two occasionally during grazing season. We named all our sites after past and present pets that we hold very dear to our hearts. It was that or some kind of hairy fairy names that you hear everywhere else like serenity or solitude.....blechh... We have a stream that flows year round, a 10-12' sheet waterfall with a swimming hole and a glorious 100' waterfall to hike to, stand under or just sit and enjoy. We have a pond that we are currently developing as a contributing recreational space. We are adding value at a very rapid pace and will be adding to the description as we do. If you book a month out don't be surprised if we have added an outdoor kitchen. Our real toilet outhouses have been added to 3 of our sites. So much cool stuff to do on a really magical property. We want to share so come enjoy. Not one of our campsites are in view or proximity to the others. Very private and lots of solitude. We (as hosts) can be as present or invisible as you like. Access to miles of trails and roads on BLM/Forest Service land for hiking, ATV's, motorcycles and off-roading. Please know to explore responsibly and at your own risk to preserve the land and keep yourself safe. You are also welcome to explore the property with the exception of one space on the upper portion where the owners reside. Views are beyond and nothing man made that is not on the property is visible from the property with the exception of one little red light on a US Cellular tower across the valley. We currently do not provide electricity at the sites but it is in the works. We have both available a short walk from the camp site in a common area. The power is limited to charging tech, some laptop time and the like, It wont run a hairdryer, etc. The WiFi is common use and has the ability to download and make WiFi calls. No guarantee of its suitability for any particular purpose, it will depend on usage in the moment. There is little to no reception up here so please plan ahead. US cellular has property and valley wide reception but that is the only one. Verizon can send texts and messages but is painfully slow or non-existent on internet. Also has voice calls occasionally but don't count on it. All the other cell services we do not know about. If you would like to spend a week or more here and would like a better power/internet solution then let us know. We can set it up for specific needs. Good if you wish to be in an amazing space to work remote or write. We are adding decks for lounging and views, a solar and wood heated community Jacuzzi for our guests and an outdoor shower tub as we speak and will add pictures as the projects are completed. We welcome ATV's, side by sides, 4x4's, snowmobiles and other such fun rec stuff but will require you to ride/drive on the bazillion acres of BLM land. It is on two sides of the property and a short distance. Riding on and off the property is limited to 10 mph to limit dust and noise and safety for everyone on the property. Please let us know if you plan on bringing any toys so we can notify the others on the property and send additional info, rules and such. There are several wineries on the road between us and Ashland. If you get drunk please arrange a ride or contact us for help. We support not driving while under the influence and will support you. we also have several responsible persons that live on the property and can be hired to drive/guide you on tours. We are in the process of creating wine tours of the valley which will include a driver. We have several lakes within 10-30 minutes for boating, and other water sports. Rock climbing is also available with the local sport crag within 25 minutes, castle crags is about 2 hrs away and several other small crags and bouldering around the valley 30 min.-1.5 hrs. Instruction and guiding are available if you or your group would like to learn. Equipment provided. Inquire. We can provide certain camping amenities if you need them. If you are a Shaman and would like to discuss a space to do Journey's then please reach out, I would love to connect on what you would require. We would like an excuse to move that project to the top of the list. If you are a facilitator or train then the same as above. We would love to make arraignments for kids groups, camps, music festivals and workshops. Please be aware that there is little to no cell service up here if you get lost you will have to back track, find service and contact us and we can help you find us. If you'd like, tell us when you are turning onto Dead Indian Memorial Rd so we can expect you in 30 minutes, if you don't arrive we can go looking for you. Please just let us know and we can send directions. Google maps will take you right to the property, we've found that other navigation apps will take you the wrong way. Dead Indian Memorial Rd. Is a very good two lane rd. Some steep grades but qaulity pavement. Internet available for all sites at a centralish location. There are some small trout in the stream but only throwback size so far. Grow fishy’s grow!!

**Only for those who are okay with a rough and rugged drive for an Alaskan style retreat only 25 miles from the Market Of Choice in Ashland, OR** Cedar Springs Village is ever improving and expanding as a gathering place and Natural Movement training facility/playground. There are also family activities such as a toddler friendly bike pump track, small sandbox, tire swing, well used trails and roads to hike or mountain bike around the property. There is a growing communal outdoor kitchen with a standard four burner stovetop and oven. Immerse yourself in the wild beauty of the mountains. Pitch a tent in one of the numerous locations on this secluded and diverse 120 acres. Here you will be amongst a thick forest of cedar, pine and fir; oak groves, rolling hills, babbling creeks, spring-fed ponds, meadows and spectacular views of majestic Mt. Shasta. If you are a plant enthusiast, bird-watcher or nature lover, or even a rockhound, this area will be a dream come true. The terrain is hilly but old logging roads provide nice hiking paths along with hundreds of animal paths for the able bodied. Near the owners cabin and main camp area there is an outdoor kitchen, tapped spring to collect water, fire pit and a compost outhouse. It is important to note that there is no poison oak or poison ivy around the area. It is a wonderful place to really explore. Just 15.4 miles east of Ashland on highway 66 then 9 miles on a slow dirt road.  The drive is absolutely part of the experience, slow down and enjoy the views. As you drive up hwy 66 the views of the valley below are absolutely incredible, then you come to the dirt road. This is a very slow drive due to the condition of the road, it is part of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and poorly maintained. **Important** The last section of road to get to this pristine and secluded forest location is a 9 mile dirt road with bumps, rocks, and a many washouts that bring you to a near stand still. 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended. Low clearance cars not recommended.

All the perks of camping without the fuss! Cozy bed. Even had some kitchen wares to use. Bathrooms and shower were clean and warmed with space heater, and had warm water. Beautiful views and close to crater lake. If you like camping this is a perfect lil spot.

The tent and bathrooms were spotless - possibly the cleanest hip camp I’ve stayed at yet! Beautiful and convenient location, thoughtful camp set up, and easy check-in / check-out. Having hot water in the bathrooms was really nice; Tracy also provided a small propane heater for the tent and there’s a very warm comforter on the bed. Would have loved to stay longer!

This place was fantastic! Beautiful spot with very friendly, helpful host. The tent had everything we needed and more. Comfy bed, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing gear, bath towels, and even a camp stove with fuel. The owners brought firewood and drove their kayaks up the road for us to paddle back to camp. Delightful!

We enjoyed our stay at Tracy’s land. There were a few other campsites on the property but everything was spread out well and we had our own space. Bathrooms were very clean. Our site had everything we needed. Small propane camping stove, fire pit, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, silverware, lanterns, bed with bedding. Only about 30 min south of crater lake. Would stay at Myrtle’s place again!

This is a beautiful, quiet spot close to Crater Lake National Park. The bathrooms are clean, and we had access to everything we needed. There are mosquitoes and flies, but we came prepared and just ate our meals in our camper. We will keep this in mind for our next trip to this area.

My partner and I and our dog loved staying in the big tent here! Directions were clear and we found our way easily. It is tucked away off of a low traffic road, and it was all nature (and cow) sounds. Other sites are within view, but there's plenty of space. The site had everything we would have wanted: towels, many small tables and chairs, a small picnic table, a small propane grill, bbq, and fire pit, as well as a number of cooking and dining supplies. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets were provided. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, including shower soaps, and the water heats up quickly. Tracy was very helpful with questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a large, semipermanent tent with a bed, mattress, and most comfortable bedding. Is that glamping? Hot shower. The directions given are from the east. From the west, turn left on Dixon Rd from 62 and drive 1.6 miles until it ends, then turn right on Sun Mountain Rd. and drive about 0.4 miles to 42.7277, -121.9835. There will be a small green sign on the right with a couple names and numbers 55400-55430. Turn right at that sign. From the east, turn right on Sun Mountain Rd, and the small green sign will be on the left in about 2.4 miles.

Great tent, camping spot. Privacy was so so, but it didn’t really matter because there weren’t many people there.. we were set up right by the bathrooms…. But that was the best part.. best camp bathrooms! A lot of thoughtful touches in this space. You will have a hot shower and proper toilet set up. Highly recommended.
