One acre wooded lot a quarter mile from the Willapa bay and 1.25 miles to drive on beach access. “Bleat Retreat”- (Site 1) has full hook ups and a hammock stand. “Goachella”- (Site 2) is a back down area with a woody view. There is a communal firepit as well as a solo stove for use by either site. There is a flat grassy space for outdoor games and near all the major attractions without being in a busy area. The property also has WiFi mesh with fiber speeds. Come stay with the family!

Owners may be onsite at times, and keep a camper at site of their own.
Site #1 “The Bleat Retreat” will accommodate a large trailer up to 40’ and 50amps.

We really loved the location! We were able to walk into town and the beach. The facility itself was cute. We didn’t spend much time there because we were in town. Since we went on a warm Feb weekend, the place was pretty empty which we liked. The spots look pretty close to each other. It was a bit wet as well and we saw a lot of puddles. I am sure it’s amazing during the summer!

Andy is really doing a lot of good things to improve Fisherman's cove rv park. It is a really nice rv park that is close to the Port of Ilwaco and shops etc.
Andy is approachable and interacted with us while we were staying there. We will come back sometime soon.

We truly enjoyed staying at The Sand G.O.A.T. It was exactly as described, and as the picture showed. Located on a quiet road. Nestled in a lovely wooded lot. At the north end of Longbeach in the historic district of Oysterville. Minutes from the Bay and Beaches, Parks, Restaurant's. Our hosts were wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Your home away from home. This camp site is large, secluded, very quiet, private and safe. The locals in the area are respectful and quiet. The full hookups worked exactly as they should. The roads in the area are very good for biking or walking. The beach is close and at low tide you can ride even a road bike on the beach. There were no annoying bugs and I only saw one mosquito in a month. There were deer, bunnies, squirrels and chipmunks that frequent the area. There is no cell signal at the camp site, but at the beach there is. If you bring a starlink it works. I highly recommend this site, from what I saw it is the largest and most private campsite on the entire peninsula.

Great experience. We went Sunday-Tuesday so we had the whole campground to ourselves. Even the other side that’s not hosted by this person. The lot is split in half with two owners both found on Hipcamp. Had a fire pit, porta-potty, a private gate entrance, very clean, edged with tall beautiful evergreens, trails around the camp site, wildlife all around. We saw deer cross through the campsite Monday night. You do have to bring your own water. There is no water on site. We found free water at pioneer market in Long Beach. (Jacks country store does not help with water from a spigot) You can’t walk to the beach, it says it’s a 1/4 mile but we did not find any beach walking distance. The closest was a 8 min drive(3 miles). The camp spot is on grass but there are gopher heads that kept getting on my daughter’s foot (1 yr old, so it’s a big deal 😂), riddled along the drive way and edges of campsite. Have to wear shoes all the time to be safe and I’m glad I didn’t take my dog. It would have been a hassle. Other that that, the campsite is a 4 out of 5 in my opinion. No Water, gophers heads, and the misleading about the beach is why it didn’t get 5.

Great place for a stop. Sites 1-3 are large enough for groups. The provided outhouse is clean, and well maintained. It is a nice quiet spot for families. Not far from there is Pacific Pines State Park. It's a nice change from Long Beach. More remote so you can spread out some.
Dog owners: Great spot, but look carefully at their paws and fur. Somewhere nearby we picked up puncture vine seeds in our vehicle tires. I don't know where exactly. We looked carefully around in the gravel and saw a couple, but nothing in campsite 3 where we stayed.

I loved staying at this camping spot. It’s about 2.3 miles from drive on beach access. It was quiet, clean and had lots of space for each of the sites. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and easy to find. Only downside I would say is it has a lot of thorns (goatheads), so watch your feet and your dogs feet. But all in all I would recommend if you like staying where it’s uncrowded and have lots of room to spread out.

A basic campsite set in a clearing in the woods. Peaceful and quiet with visits by deer evening and morning. Beautiful beach nearby. There is also a wooden boardwalk through the dunes but didn't find out about it until we left. Next time!
