Fantastic! We booked last minute and arrived after dark. We had such a comfortable stay, and were in awe of the creek right behind us in the morning light. When we arrived Rachel greeted us and allowed us to park nestled in some trees on her property. She offered up some local restaurants and asked if we needed any other recommendations for the area. We visited Silver Falls during our stay. We car camped and it was nice having a flush toilet and shower to use especially after the long hike. We enjoyed seeing the cows and goats in the pasture. The views were beautiful.

We truly loved staying here and the hosts were amazing. They let my kids collect eggs from the chicken coop and pick vegetables from the garden. We cooked their fresh zucchini and squash and it was delicious. The scenery was incredible and we enjoyed mornings watching the cows graze in a nearby pasture. If we ever pass through, I would book here again and again.

This place is a hidden gem, for sure. A picturesque pastoral landscape view awaits you. We loved letting the dogs play freely in the open field, making friends with the cows on the other side of the fence. Had a cool common area. 50 amp and water were nice bonuses. Rachel greeted us when we got in and was super friendly and helpful, but left us alone to enjoy their property ourselves.

Weekend Trip to Bamboo Forest Campsite

Directions we're clear, the gate was easy to locate and access was smooth! We had a birthday party and everyone was able to make their own pizza in the earthenware stove! It was nice having easy access to creature comforts with the tent platforms, nearby composing toilet and running water. I love the canopy with the bamboo on one side and the linden trees along the other. My favorite part of this location is listening to the wind in the leaves 🍃 We'll definitely be back!

It was a nice stay, Dru helped us out with a canopy because it was raining and let us pick black berries to take home off the property. Beautiful area, nice and quiet at night and Dru was very welcoming and good all around host.

Second stay here, perfect for what we needed. Just a quick couple days near Eugene, great access to town. Lovely drive out, clean and spacious site, very accommodating and attentive host! Friendly, but gives plenty of space to enjoy the quiet. 10/10 would stay again. If you decide to book this site and stay on site throughout the day, you will need to bring shade. We were gone both days throughout the day, so was not a problem for us, but does heat up around 10am. Very quiet and peaceful area! Great views of sunrises and moonrises!

Weekend Trip to Grange Hall Gardens

Great little camp spot for our trailer with a nice view of the valley. We were close to their hall, which had a bathroom we could pop into. My kids loved seeing all the animals - goats, cows, chickens, and we even got some farm fresh eggs. It was about a 30 min drive to Silver Falls State Park and 8 minutes to town where the Safeway was, so nice and convenient. Definitely would recommend!
