If you’re looking for a low-key beach getaway, head to Keystone Lake! Just 15 miles from downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the park is known for its beautiful blue-green lake waters and landscape of rolling hills, grasslands, and high bluffs. Stop along the highway on your drive in for awesome lake views! Take one of the short hiking trails that run alongside the lakeshore and keep your eyes open for unique rock formations, birds, and beavers! Bring your boat, as you’ll have access to 11 boat ramps and three marinas on the lake. Cast a line for striped bass, white bass, black bass, crappie, and catfish. Wildlife biologists believe there are 40-pounders in there somewhere! There are nine developed swimming beaches, and campers can choose from primitive to full hookup campsites. What’s not to love?
