I’m very close to all the creature comforts like Walmart and Target, but the property is wooded on three sides so you feel like you’ve gotten away from the city. There is a small creek my dogs love to play in and a large field for frisbee and star gazing. There are hikes close by at Little Turtle Pond and many restaurants within 10 minutes like Woodys for breakfast and dinner at NauitiVine. We have a half acre pond filled with bluegill and large mouth bass, a hillside with apple trees and blackberry bushes, and a large gravel turnaround for easy access. We are close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park as well as multiple metro park areas for hiking and biking. Nearby attractions include Blossom Music Center, downtown Cleveland, and Boulder Creek—an award-winning golf course just minutes away. Wineries, bike trails, and canoe adventures await as well.

All hook-ups worked, well kept landscape. Main house is in view from all spots but a quiet area nonetheless. Depending on how booked the area is you could have a neighbor within shouting distance. AWD/4WD recommended for the grass/field spots as they are on top of a grassy hill so unless you can get momentum with a trailer in reverse(!), might have difficulty backing up to them. This is a great spot. It was very convenient for where I was visiting. Ian was great and made sure I had a spot that worked for my setup and preference.
There are plenty of trees and grass so you feel like you're in nature but you also have the option for electricity, should you need it. The grassy area is overall level and is easy to get in and out of the parking area.

Ian's spot is perfect. It's near everything you could possibly need, all the while seeming secluded. Downtown is 20ish minutes away, There is a mutiuse trail nearby that we spent quite a bit of time with our dogs. The camo space was clean, quiet and comfortable. We have three small dogs and had zero issues with places to walk on property. Business trip. Great hosts. Thanks y'all

Close to everything but still feels like it’s in the country. I was combining camping with some preliminary house hunting in the Cleveland area. Jason & Marcie’s place allowed me to comfortably do both. Road noise picks up in the morning but drops off quickly at night. The pond is peaceful and makes a nice backdrop for an evening drink or morning coffee.

I had a great stay @Cliff Mine Heights. I was passing through town and needed a place to lay my head. I messaged Ian to see if this would be ok seeing it was last minute and he was extremely friendly and welcoming and assured me that it was no problem. Upon arrival he told me where I could park my vehicle for the evening. He later came over and introduced himself and also to some of his family. Just truly great kind people and Ian and I had some great conversation about camping, and truck setups, work. He was truly an Amazing Host and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his place to stay.
