Old country home located 18. Mi off of i-75 a mile from route 66 an 5 miles from route 30. the old miami Erie canal runs through many towns close by, within walking distance, biking or hiking. Ohio caverns are within 45 minutes of this location. A local tavern within a mile and the best ice cream in the area within five miles, " the creamery"  of Delphos. 

Could just stay enjoy a game of cornhole or 9-hole golf on site.

Scott and Amy's Rural Respite

This 80 acre farmland has been in the family for 6 generations. Some of the land is still used for farming to this day. The old barn, built in the late 1800's still stands. 

Now there is also a motocross track on the property. The track is only open occasionally. Enjoy easy trails in the woods, feed fish in the pond, and if you would like to see our goats and chicken we can arrange a time to introduce you!

Rusty's Retreat with pond and river

We bought this 125+ year old farm in 2010 with the hope of bringing it back to life. Overgrown and neglected, we have worked hard to make it a nice place for hiking, kayaking, fishing or any number of other activities. Peaceful and remote, the property has a beautiful brook that leads you to the South branch of the Portage river. Deer, turkey, geese, herons, mink and fox are just a few of our natural animal friends. Rusty the steer and his pony friends Lexi and Little Bits can be visited while they graze in the pasture. There are chickens and Brindle the barn kitty.   We have the perfect place for dogs as well. We have four dogs that get along great with others and our fenced pond keeps them safe.

I don't have upper teeth in the front either. This is normal.

West Wind Stables

We have owned this farm for the past 20 years, it consists of farm land, pasture and some wooded areas. Lots of wildlife around, and few lights to distract from the stars at night! We are close to several small Ohio towns, including Indian Lake. Plenty of eating and shopping options within minutes.

Fire area, bring in your own wood, or we can provide for a small fee!

Most of the views are of surrounding farm ground. 

We have constructed a little outbuilding with a camp shower and camping toilet for campers use.

We usually have around 20 horses at a time. Unfortunately, no riding, most of these horses are here due to health or behavioral issues we are working on.

Country Camping - Relax & Recharge

4 acres of rural country setting, 35 minutes northeast of Fort Wayne. Come enjoy the half-acre pond that is stocked with bluegill, catfish and bass. You may also see some turtles, blue heron, deer and other wildlife. 

We have walking trails on the property and a fire pit for use near the pond. Country roads are nice for bike riding or taking a walk.

We offer kayaking. This is a primitive spot with fire ring. Carry in, carry out type camping.  We can help out with electric if needed. 

MCK's Pond

Small 4 hook-up lot.  Great for one or two night stops while passing through the area.  Lots overlook a 1.5 acre pond and a great sunset view.  Cement and stone pads. No shade.  Electric and water available on each lot.  Quiet rural area 30 miles from city life of Ft. Wayne, IN or 60 miles from Toledo, OH.  
Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them.

Three Tails Acres

Conveniently situated on a 5-acre homestead, this property offers a welcoming country retreat. Travel up the long driveway to an open backyard complete with chickens, guinea fowl, ducks, and a fishing pond. There is also a fenced area for dogs (shared space).

Three four-legged ladies call this place home, and there is almost always a foster and/or boarding client on the premises as well. Relax by the fire or enjoy free Wi-Fi.

We are situated on 5 acres just NW of Bowling Green, Ohio. Our property was used to raise horses and other farm animals for many years. We have two main pastures and our Homestead. The south part of the "West Pasture" is where we host campers. This area has many evergreen trees. We have small stands of Bamboo and reed grass along with many trees including White Pine, Black Walnut, Hackberry, Maple, Norway Spruce, Blue Spruce, Cedar, River Birch and more!

LRB Farm Hidden Escape

Little Riverbend farm was established in 1996 by Dave and Traci Bitler. The original property was settled sometime in the mid 1800s with the main house built sometime between 1872-1875. Through several generations the property was passed between the original owners family members, then split up and sold into lots. When the Bitlers purchased the property in 1996, the main house was sold with 3 acres and the 2 stall barn. Then in 2015 they were able to purchase an additional 9 acres of adjoining property giving them the additional pasture and woods running along the Auglaize River.Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent in a secluded site nestled between a&nbsp;babbling creek and pasture. This property is a great place to enjoy nature.  The Metropark has an easement through the canal. Bendview park is nearby. Undeveloped park acreage is near the access road to the east. Fly kites or drones in the grassy field. Snowmobiling and cross-country skiing are fun winter sports to indulge in. Birds find sanctuary here. Baltimore orioles, Cedar Waxwings,eagles, bluebirds and pileated woodpeckers pass through.  Arrowheads have been found everywhere. There's peace and quiet in the surrounding area.

Property has a fire ring, picnic table, grill and charcoal, sanitary outhouse and ample parking. Cabin has a microwave, Keurig, wood stove, futon, loft with full size bed, 5-gallon thermos of water, and electricity from a generator. No running water or kitchen. We provide twin sheets and pillow for the futon. We also make the full size bed in the loft.
