With that, the domes are separated by 150 feet but are connected via a staircase that has been built into the mountain. If another couple is staying in the other dome during your stay, it is likely that you may hear them during your stay. Finally, our ideal location and close proximity to Blowing Rock is a direct result of our proximity to NC 321. Guests should be aware that they may hear road noise. STEEP MOUNTAIN DRIVEWAY: Please note that the driveway to the TreePod is a mountain road that is ONLY accessible by AWD or 4x4. If you are not comfortable driving on gravel mountain roads, or do not have a 4x4 or AWD, you’re welcome to park at a dedicated space at the top of the driveway and take a 450’ hike to the dome. We traveled as a family of 4 and two dogs and we had a wonderful time at Ocean Blue cabin. Exceptional host and cabin was amazing. We had everything and more to has such a great time. Hiking trail on the property was perfect for our young kids. We took it twice and met friendly cows on top of the hill. Hot tub was a perfect spot for after hike and evening watching the stars! We will definitely come back and bring friends with us!

Weekend Trip to WindSong in the treetops/hot tub

Myself, boyfriend and two pups had the pleasure of staying at the Wind Song yurt this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! The place was stunning, stocked for all needs and a great getaway. Jodee was great at communicating with any questions with incredible timing. My wife and I loved staying in the Green cabin. The fire pit and hot tub were the best. The cabin was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good hot water. The first night we made steaks over a campfire with baked potatoes from the air fryer. The second night we made hot dogs and roasted marshmallows on the campfire. It was a beautiful drive from Knoxville. It was about as close to perfect as you can get. Thank you for the firewood, and thank you for having us.

Kevin's cabins was well stocked with all the essentials, clean, well furnished, and cozy. Great for couples! The hot tub was clean and warm upon arrival. We absolutely loved our stay here. All of the sites were filled during our stay, but everybody was quiet and respectful. Kevin was super helpful with anything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub at night while watching the stars was a highlight. The cabin was kept very clean, and it was stocked up with everything you’ll need. There was also tons of firewood for the fire pit. The land also had nature trails that you climb up to see a beautiful view. We’re really looking forward to coming here again!

This place is so special. I have never had a more comfortable glamping experience. The hot tub and views are just perfection. They thought of everything by including wifi and a little doggy care package. The pancake mix was such a sweet touch and made for an awesome morning. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mother Earth and our dog did too. Beautiful views , peaceful very secluded with all the comfort of home. We love the way they set up the yurt really cool how they decorated and designed it inside and out, romantic and fun, nice fire pit with wood provided, wrap around deck with hot tub and seating picnic table & rockers, spacious bathroom, very clean, we would definitely go back and highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place! The views are super nice and the accommodations are great! Not to far from Burnsville which I definitely recommend!
