2 nights at Mystic Meadow Love Shack

Our stay was great. The love shake was a great size four two and two dogs. She has very helpful amenities throughout the camp spot. The dogs loved the creak and the trail. The trail was about a 15 minute walk, a must do. She was very responsive and accomidating. The outhouse looks intimidating on the pictures but it was very nice. Clean and no odor at all. The showers were great, clean and plenty of hot water.

Such an amazing experience. This place is magical. We left so rested and inspired. This space has everything you need that we weren’t expecting. We felt so taken care of. BOOK THIS PLACE RIGHT NOW!!

We really enjoyed staying here, but I’m very grateful we brought along our tent because the cabin was infested with bugs which made it inhabitable. But everything else was perfect! We loved the outdoor shower and private access to the creek for launching our kayaks. There was a little more noise and light pollution than we cared for (could hear vehicles from highway 24/7) and of course the donkey and roosters but that was expected, and comical! The property is beautiful and it was a great weekend 🩷

We loved our weekend at the Mystic Meadow love shack! This was our first experience with HipCamp and it did not disappoint. The site was so peaceful and cute and had so many fun and intentional details! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom, showers and cabin were all very clean and well appointed. We had total privacy but Wendy checked in periodically to make sure that all was well. The stream sounds were wonderfully peaceful and sitting on the swing by the stream, relaxing in the hammock and enjoying our coffee by the fire in the mornings were highlights. A truly wonderful place for a relaxing adventure. I hope that we can return soon!

2 nights at Bear Creek Tee-Pee Retreat

Staying in the Tee Pee was so much fun! There was no electricity ( which we knew in advance) no a hike to the bathroom/ shower making it feel like you were in the wilderness The weather was great , the host was available if needed Recommend bringing the little ones, they would have a great time

So fun! Very responsive hosts and we had the place to ourselves. The movie night was magical and we had a lot of fun lounging in hammocks, exploring the campsites and playing board games at the picnic table. The rustic tent was comfortable and the shower was nice! They could use some new table umbrellas, and the walk to the porta potty might not be great for someone with more limited mobility, but we were fine! The place would be great for a small group to enjoy together as the picnic table and fire pit are near a nice sized field in between the tipis and the campsites.

Place was peaceful and well kept! The hosts answered any and all questions promptly. We will definitely return!

We had a great time! Our little daughter loved the animals. The owners are sweet and friendly. Everything was perfect! Will definitely visit again! :)

This was such an amazing place and space! The land is absolutely stunning, the "Love Shack" was clean, comfortable and the way the roof opened up to the porch was epic. She left little snacks and plenty of resources to discover nearby, even though, I didn't want to leave this haven! The outhouse was surprisingly more pleasant than regular campground bathrooms. Mystic Meadows is truly a magical place to unplug and recharge. There are hiking trails and some games and a hammock. Wendy is an incredible host and I will be back many more times. Best birthday gift I ever gave myself! Thank you!

Loved the little cabin. We were skeptical about the shower situation but it ended up being great. The view from the cabin was beautiful and we were close by a lot of pretty hikes.

Very private. Babbling creek all night. Wonderful host that will engage or leave you be. Great spot for deep connection. Shower house close and convenient. It's the perfect spot of getting away and reconnecting all at once . 20 out of 10.

What a fantastic spot. Off the grid and amazing owners!

The little cabin was so cute! The bed was comfy and there was enough room in the loft for our 9 YO to sleep at the foot of the bed on their sleeping pad. The electric heater was helpful during the cold night. The wood stove was fun to cook on. The outhouse was perfect - it was the first time we had used a compost toilet. The swing and all the hammocks were fun. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for cooking and s'mores. The open space was perfect for frisbee. All the little touches were so thoughtful. The signage was great! And the night lights were perfectly timed. We loved walking to Abbot's Creek. We loved seeing the animals. It was all so lovely.

If you need a place to relax and set your worries down, look now further. The Mystic Meadow Love Shack is perfect in all the ways. It's cozy, charming and quiet. The location is tucked away and beautiful, yet close to other areas to hike and explore if you feel inclined to do so. Lots of attention to detail and touches of whimsy. Wendy was a very welcoming and communicative host. As a solo female camper, I felt completely safe. It was a wonderful stay and I'm already planning when I can return.

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again and may soon.

Such an awesome, cozy cabin with a great morning view. Brought 10 people, purchased the tent site and the cabin. They allowed us to tent in front of the cabin. They provided us fire wood and we had a great time. Lovely, friendly host. Will come again!

Very kind people. They've got me wanting to install an outside shower on my own property one day, it was very nice even on a night of 61 degrees. The area with platforms is very private, dimly lit with assorted solar lights, and very quiet. Close drive to grocery stores and places to eat. I'll definitely stay again if I'm ever passing through again.
