I spent a few days here in early December and just extended for the next month. It’s a charming, rural spot with full amenities at all sites, bathrooms including showers, washer and dryer. Pet friendly with trails to take my dog for a walk. Will and Lorie have been exceptionally kind and welcoming and came to check on me during a recent cold spell. Very safe and private. There’s a nearby mobile rv technician, Mike the RV Medic who helped me repair my furnace and was very professional. Very reasonable rates for everything being offered. I highly recommend!

Excellent stay! Beautiful space, very peaceful, short drive to Wilmington. Lots of fun little trails to walk our dog, who had the BEST time. Beautiful goats. Host keeps to themselves while still being very welcoming and warm. The compostable toilet area is as described. The free fire wood is great but I'm very glad they accept donations, the wood kept us warm and entertained with fires for our entire stay so we were happy to give a little back. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing time on this beautiful property!! Fire pits available, spots for hammocks, clean bathroom, and wood onsite. It’s a pretty open area but there are little nooks you can go in for some privacy with plenty of trees between each area. Very cool and unique way of doing things! This place gets better and better. Charlotte is always adding great amenities, from a huge covered area with plenty of power to charge things to even building a small mound to give more of a secluded feel. The toilet is always extremely clean! Love this place.
